Just try to remember the technicals the months before ENCU did the sudden run to .15 on Nov. 11th. They were very bad, but still when the right time approached. the PPS fly regardless of technicals!

I believe the sell indicators are a reflection of low volume as of late. What impresses me is the mention of a R/S should have sent the price downward and the share volume skyward. Neither took place. All recommendations beyond the 10-8 day are either hold or buy.

Big news, positive business development for an emerging company! Buy it now and hold for a month til the earnings and 10Q. You'll be surprised!

Hi folks, yep, it's me! About the reverse split!
Ok, why a reverse split? Good or bad?
First, a reverse split short term is like a forward split, you have the same dollar value of shares the day after the split.... It's what happens next that determines whether the reverse was good or bad...
Second, Why a reverse split?? 2 reasons. First if you take a stock that trades at .15 and do a 1 for 10 reverse the stock is now trading at $1.50 per share on 1/10 the outstanding shares it had before.
In ENCU's case that would be $1.50 per share on 10 million shares in the float with 90 million more shares authorized, assuming the NEWS is good and ENCU runs to .15.
So, now ENCU has 90 million more shares it can use to acquire companies or use for debt for equity funding..
Suppose an institution now will buy 10 million shares that are trading at $1.50, for $1.00 per share... Now ENCU has 10 million in cash, NO DEBT, and only 20 million shares outstanding...
Suppose another company wants to make a deal with ENCU and will take 10 million shares but bring a revenue of 3 million dollars a quarter and PROFITABLE BUSINESS to ENCU?
Now, 30 million share company, fully funded, and profitable!
Stock takes off, runs to $5 a share, Company files for NASDAQ listing, and suddenly ENCU is profitable Nasdaq company trading at $10 a share!
On the downside, if the company doesn't spend it's shares wisely and uses them to enrich insiders and "consultants" with millions of shares, then the company is just diluting investors and the share price will be back in pennies after the company dilutes tens of millions of shares back into float, and has no money or profitable business to show for it!
So, is ENCU going to use the shares wisely to build the business, or going to squander them and dilute investors?
If PrimeWire is an example of the kind of company they are to acquire, then I believe they will be successful!
A recent example of a company doing a reverse split, and the results, is CYPT.ob.. CYPT was a NASDAQ stock that was booted for low stock price, ran out of money, and appeared ready to file Chapter 11. However, they chose to do a REVERSE SPLIT instead at about 2 cents, and the stock went back to .50 as a result of the reverse split.
Then, it appeared the company would just slowly fall back to single digits when they suddenly announced they had found an investor, Marr Tech. that would buy 20 million shares for 10 million dollars.. The stock ran from .15 to over $1.75 on this new funding which breathed life back into CYPT!
CYPT is still up around .80 even though their business plan has hit some snags..
What I am saying is this... If ENCU is, in fact, to be a profitable, or almost profitable company as a result of this acquisition and REVERSE SPLIT, then it could be a really good thing, because they could soon qualify for NASDAQ listing and get off the OTCbb.
Also, if ENCU can attract better quality lenders with a higher stock price, that is a positive for ENCU..
And finally, if ENCU wants to continue to attract quality merger partners, they need to have a valuable stock to offer potential merger partners, instead of the pennies it is now!
So, still wondering if this ever works? Remember MSTR????
Case in point: Shares of software maker MicroStrategy have improved after a 1-for-10 split in July 02. The stock, which crested at $333 during the Internet's heyday in 2000, plunged to 48 cents in July 02. It went to $4.80 because of the split and has since soared to $62 per share today! MicroStrategy announced a quarterly profit, restructured financing and sold small divisions.
Could ENCU be the next MSTR?
Finally, practically all Reverse split stocks have a big run after the REVERSE SPLIT happens! The reason is the float is so small, that any good NEWS and the resulting increase in demand will cause a sharp jump in the share price! So it would be easy for ENCU to be post reverse $1 to $1.50 and run to $3 or more in a short period of time if they are successful..
Ok, sorry to be so long winded, but there does seem to be a lot of interest in the reverse split proposal here..

It just so happens I live near ENCU "headquarters", in Arlington Heights, IL. Is it worth going there and checking out their facilities/office? I'm new to penny stocks...what kind of practical questions should I ask them? Any comments would be greatly appreciated.

Absolutely, go and see what the building is like, the neighborhood is like, how many employees you see and how they treat you.
Take your digital camera and take pictures of anything you feel comfortable taking a picture of. Ask permission for any pictures inside the office, lol.
Ask to speak with John Palusen, CEO. If you are granted a meeting, just identify you as an investor, tell him your name, and ask him how things are going? Ask him if he plans on filing the 8-K that hasn't yet been filed, ask him about the outdated website that has incorrect telephone numbers, and finally, ask him about the Reverse Split he mentioned and when investors can expect to hear more about that.
Other acquisitions? Anything else in the pipeline?
Some of the above he may not be able to speak about because of disclosure laws, but it never hurts to ask! I live within a mornings drive of PrimeWire and am thinking about visiting that office... Let us know if you go!

The ENCU website is now UPDATED.. www.enucleus.com Go there and click on solutions and Financial ASPx. Link to PrimeWire immediately takes you there..
This confirms that they still have the Switch and Data partner, they still have the Healthcare business and they still have the FusionMail and other internet services..
It looks good, at some point this stock will fly, imo...

The reverse split Pre14C was filed today, and, for the reasons I have already explained on this board, I support the reverse!
Also, some of us on the RB board think that ONLINE BENEFITS, Inc. may be the partner that PrimeWire has liscensed its technology to. It is mentioned in the first 8-K filing that eNucleus has filed with the SEC about the acquisition! http://www.onlinebenefits.com
I really expect a rally now that all the cards are on the table... Good luck longs..

Do they have new facilities? Looks like they moved.

Still might be worth giving them a call.
