Does no one else see the value in this technology? Don't know much but I know the potential for this type of GPS idenitification will be quite huge for the private sector especially for tracking children and teenaged drivers. But then again who has children? The user interface they're working on looks nice too. Users will be able to log onto their website and ID the location of the things they're tracking - vehincles, bicycles, children, pets, computers, employees, etc. Here's what it looks like.
From a PR:
A graphic illustration of the user interface may be viewed at the following web location: www.plcweb.net/planetrak (it may take a minute or two to fully load). "While this is merely a screenshot and not a live web site, it provides a 'sneak peek' at the look and feel of the web interface under development," said Bain. "We expect to be able to demonstrate the web interface using actual maps and live data from prototype units later this month with actual field-testing of fully functional units to begin by month end."

Here is a link to the site with some info. on the tracking uses and device. Any guesses as to how far the pullback? HOlders of this stock should be expecting some news soon according to the previous pr's stating that they are ahead of schedule and inline with their budget. http://www.plcweb.net/gpsservice.htmlPosts: 212 | Registered: Jan 2004

I'm a newbie in need of some help....I noticed this was filed yesterday and I was wondering how bad of a thing this is? Is this drastically going to affect price? http://www.pinksheets.com/quote/filings.jsp?symbol=PLKCPosts: 254 | From: Indiana | Registered: Jan 2004

I already wrote about S8 effect in the past. Yesterday there was an over-reaction but normally these shares are locked for a certain period (specially for employees plan) PLKC had already an S8 last Nov but it hadn't any effect on price.
PLKC is still a very very very good stock to own !!!
(btw. do you think an employee is so stupid to sell at 0.10 now when he can sell at 0.30 later ???)

Thanks Evergreen....one question I do have is on the S8 report it has a column that is called "proposed offering price per share". The PPS that it shows is .0379. I was just wondering what this means exactly and why this number is so low?....thanks!

You guys should write Mr Bain. You can get his info on the PlanetLink site. Pending his permission, I will post what he's written me, later today. But as always, do your own DD and write him. He can inform you of the progress. Better get your shares while you can...

I apologize for the delay in responding to your e-mail. I have been out of town for a solid week and returned to 77 e-mails and a similar number of phone calls to return. I have been working on the press release today, as promised. It will either be released tomorrow or, at the latest, Monday. As a shareholder, I believe you will be pleased.
