I am going to try an anwser my own question before I give up tonight! VKB was given to IBIZ to manufacture and distribute it by who???? Both VKB's are being done in Israel. The above VKB that is mentioned and IBIZ's! This article was in 2002 and the CeBIT show was in 2002! What I am coming to is maybe these are one in the same! I am going to research this all night until I get an anwser. It looks nothing like IBIZ's???

Bart without reading thru all the threads I will comment on what I understand from past readings. The laser keyboard was developed for the Israeli air force (their helicopters) and didn't function well in direct sunlight. It was then purchased by IBZT. I can't remember where I read it-it was one or two months ago. I like this stock. I bought a little more today.

Yeah I was kinda thinking they were the same company. but like you said bart they look very diffrent. and also why would a company make a not so good web page, show the product at that trade show, and then sell the company, yet they still have the web page advertising there product???

strange

OK! Sorry to late been shearching already! You are right about the airplane thing I read it also. Go to DAVE's SUPER PICKS (in at .0025)(posted Jan 01 2004) I moved it to the top. Should help. Key thing here is the usage of VKB! Also, Canesta VP Mr Spare said that this means they could sell the technology to the manufactures for about $35.00. Canesta is now a partner with "Symbian Platinam Parters". The thing here is you have no more PR's from Canesta after 14 Apr 2002. That I could find. Will keep looking! Not 100% sure yet that I am right! Daves threat should help clear the picture! IBIZ has a world wide go on this! Also, I said many weeks ago that IBIZ was going to sell these in other countries and got told I was wrong! Well guess what the CiBET show is in Germany! I guess only americans will attend! I hoped I have helped a little but I am not 100% sure yet but getting close! Eat MONSTER Eat

OK! I hope this puts a end to the CANESTA KEYBOARD! "Small size and lower powered consumption allows manufactures to integrate Canesta Keyboard directly into their devices without significanly increasing the size or power consumption of the device." This tells me it has to be with the PC, lab top etc. It is not a stand alone as is the IBIZ VKB. The Cenesta is part of the PC ETC! My Opinion! I hope that does the trick! Eat MONSTER Eat!

Ok, i'm going to do alot of searching on the possibility that there is already a product like the one I BIZ Tech. is making.

This website has info on all developers of virtual keyboards, IBZT excluded, since it was made before their time. http://www.alpern.org/weblog/stories/2003/01/09/projectionKeyboards.html

So far i found that this company in Israel, VKB, has the technology, but i cant tell from their website if they mass produce them or not. The company was planning on selling them at the end of 2003 (this was as of 10/03). The website for VKB is http://www.vkb.co.il/

Cantesa was supposed to have these availabe in the first half of 2003. Cantessa holds patents for much of the technology needed to build these things. The patent numbers they have are listed on the first site i listed, except im unable to find any of the patents corresponding to those patent #'s searching the US patent and trademark office database.

Then as we know, Virtual Devices developed a virtual keyboard too. “Microsoft Corp., Palm Inc., IBM, Intel Corp. and Samsung have sought confabs to discuss possible partnerships and licensing agreements.” Who knows if this is true or not.

I'll see what else i can dig up. It seems like IBZT's virtual keyboard isnt such a good idea after all.

Tim lists concerns within this post and started a specific post addressing the same issues.

It is good to address peoples' concerns. I answered his concerns in that post.

There was also an added find I discovered this evening. Be well

I have enough shares now to take me to the big finish! There will be no more selling of any type on my part! So selling for more shares ETC! Now let the MONSTER do what he does best EAT sellers! So lets see if we can break a 2 day down spin and start rolling again! I have not taken one penny out of IBZT in profit. It has gone all back in to buy more shares!

once more. canesta and it's news is as fresh as a footprint in the sand at low tide.

their most recent patent was in jan 2004.

the bottom line is that ibzt has a "license" to sell this laser keyboard technology, and you will see the canesta chipset integrated into future cell phones and pdas imho. look at the partners canesta has. look at its prs. far from stale 2002 news.
http://www.canesta.com/index.htm

i think ibzt needs to use it's vbk profits to develop and launch new products. it is of immense importance that they move at warp9 because the future is in integrating laser keyboard technology or the next input technology du jour directly into the pda or cellphone that the vkb currently connects to. do your own dd. i turned up the canesta link and much more in a 1 minute search on google.

What I was trying to clarify was that IBIZ owns the world wide rights to the VKB and not Canesta! I think this is true! My Opinion! We were discusing the last thing they had to say on the VKB was 2002! I feel thats right! My statement above in " " was taken off google! We also are losing site of the big picture! They have the BLUE DOCK coming out in the 4th Qtr! But, whatever! No matter want comes I am in for the long term and no type of selling! IBIZ Technology is the companies name and IBZT is its stock symbol for the one who ask!

I got what I feel is some very good news! Lets give credit to BAUER on Hot Stocks
Free For All! Go to this website www.VKB.co.il/l.jpg. I think you like it! My friend here in Augusta (and yes I have a friend). He is own board with IBZT now! He was only with the big boys but another convert! He really likes its potential! Well on IBZT lets do not be so happy yet! It has a bad habit of running up in the morning and selling off very slowly in the afternoon. I hope as we all do that today will be the day be break that habit! If no news we need volume over 200M if news 350M to hold up!
Only my apinion! Non I command you to Eat up those sellers MONSTER! Its name is MONSTER only! This thing is so mean that it does not want a name but MONSTER!

bart,

since the vkb and it's sales are what is fueling the current stock price, i would take a much closer look at the canesta website. they have a "stand alone" keyboard. or better an auxillary device to input keyboard entries. look under products. also take a look at their patents.

i have been unable to find any details on ibzt licencing agreement. there is a world of difference between a license to sell something and exclusive worldwide rights.

i still hold 2 m shares of ibzt. i don't want to see it go down anymore than any other shareholder. but to overlook facts that are public knowledge, and to place more importance on an undisclosed agreement to sell a technology than verifiable patented technology that is being sold to manufacturers for incorporation in their products is something worth checking into imho. i spent considerable time on the canesta site, and recommend anyone investing in this technology to do the same.

tim, vkb is in fact the company who produces the keyboard that ibzt is selling. ibzt has licensing to sell the vkb keyboard, but does not manufacture it. i have been unable to find any details on the agreement between vkb and ibzt.

Take it for what it's worth...it's from RB.

99% garbage, but as we "Allstocker's" know, it's all about finding needles in haystacks where ever they are.
Two seemingly legitimate parties called IBIZ (one yesterday and one today) to check on their order. Shipments will be made in days (not weeks).

My belief is that initial distibution annoucements, including initial store announcements will be the next significant piece of news.
Don't think for a second those at IBIZ are clueless to what 2-20-04 means. With this news, busting the first resistance level even with MM's now in place should occur. Beyond 2-20 could be a very positive period for the company and investors, exceeding expectations.
