The funniest thing of all! IS if you look back to the PR's for late 2002 and Early 2003 they released a very similar PR! They were buying a drilling rig and were expected to start Drilling? LAS VEGAS, Jan 21, 2004 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Casavant Mining Kimberlite International (Pink Sheets: CMKM) announced today that the company has purchased its own Drill Rigg and all equipment necessary to drill for diamonds. The company has also purchased secure warehouse facilities and living quarters for company drillers to work around the clock. In addition Security Fencing has been ordered for the protection of the facilities.
Urban Casavant President of CMKM stated, "Now that we have purchased our own Drill Rigg, the company is in a position to drill numerous holes at a reduced cost. This gives us a tremendous advantage in speeding the process of finding diamonds. We are excited to finally move forward with the drilling process, and now have our own drilling facilities to support the program and secure our core drillings for lab analysis."
Drill equipment is being immobilized immediately to facilities in preparation for drilling first target. The company approximates drill permits to be approved by the end of the month and drilling to commence.
There is no guarantee that further exploration of drilling will produce any economic benefit to the company or the shareholders of the company.

I would love to see a finacial statement! Too bad we never will. Too bad we will never know how many outstanding shares there are either. Read the PR's For late 2002 and early 2003! It's the same Broken Promise all over again. I just hope that it will drive the price up to .03 like it did last time! So I can get out. I have been in this so long That I just want out.

I can tell form your post that you are frustrated with this company. Here is something that is good about the situation.
You can say anything you like about this stock and nobody can accuse you of trying to drive the price down.
Maybe it will jump for us soon.

I wouldnt get excited about CMKM, they are playing a BIG pump and dump on some of the other boards. Just my 2 cents worth.

Did you ever get the first spinoff that we were supposed to get (the zinc company)?? When we were supposed to get it, I just got a symbol of a bunch of numbers in my portfolio. It is still there and never got a price. What's up with that??

That's the first stage of the transaction. I beleive it is a temoporary way to identify the stock until the symbol is in the system properly and trading begins.

12/2/2002...Announces Purchase Bid for Latest Model Truck Mounted Drilling Rig with Diamond Exploration Schedule Last Updated: 1:52 AM ET 12/2/2002 LAS VEGAS, Dec 2, 2002 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Casavant Mining Kimberlite International Inc. (CMKI ) announced today that it was bidding for the latest model truck mounted drilling rig. The Company intends on purchasing the drilling rig following design and maintenance approval by the drill team project manager. The drilling rig and all related equipment (i.e. water truck, water tank, 3000 feet drilling capacity, onsite geologist office and living camp) will be relocated "turn-key" to the Company's mineral claims which are located in proximity to the Fort a la Corne diamond fields in Saskatchewan, Canada. For the past 10 years, the Fort a la Corne diamond fields have been the subject of joint exploration by De Beers Canada Exploration, Inc., Kennsington Resources Ltd., Cameco Corporation and UEM, Inc. To date, over $20 million (USD) has been spent testing 71 kimberlite bodies which have been described as world class diamondiferous kimberlite pipes. The Company will use the latest in airborne and surface technologies to test for both magnetic and non-magnetic diamondiferous kimberlite fields using proprietary software. During this phase of exploration, the Company will identify those drill sites which evidence the best profile for diamondiferous kimberlite pipes. With over a 1,000,000 acres of claims, the Company will be able to minimize exploration costs while maximizing exploration results through the use of this state of the art technology. The new drilling rig will be used by the Company to test core samples in the diamondiferous kimberlite bodies evidencing the best software enhanced profiles. The core samples take anywhere from 3 to 5 drilling days to complete per hole depending upon set-up time and overburden thickness. The Company's claims are accessible by secondary roads but some rough-cut access routes will be necessary at more remote sites. The depth of drilling will vary depending on overburden thickness with 250 to 350 feet being the norm in order to intersect diamondiferous kimberlite pipes. The Company previously announced that it intended on beginning core sampling by 1Q03, but with the new drilling rig in the field scheduling can be accelerated. The core drilling will be in phases with 7 to 10 drill holes per month using one drilling rig with three shifts during a 24 hr. period. As additional drilling rigs become available, the Company will bring them on line with a Canadian Dollar drilling budget of $8,000,000. All core samples will be retained in the Company's secured warehouse facilities. The core will be sent to an independent laboratory for testing. Under the terms of the Claims Purchase and Exploration Rights Agreement with Buckshot Holdings, Ltd. and Commando Holdings, Ltd. there is a 3% NPI royalty on any facetable gemstones discovered on the claims. Both Buckshot and Commando are companies managed by Urban Casavant and beneficially owned by his family. Results of the drill core sampling will be released immediately upon testing. I think only one spinoff (for zinc) they may have had issues with active trading during the time in Dec/03 and are just awarding shares to those involved. Mine have been sitting in place just as advertised with no "value" I made a point NOT to trade this period. VAN

I think kimberlite results will be released along with leasing of land and the O/S total. Like I said earlier in one of my posts that it sounds to me from talking to Melvin that they are trying to screw the shorts. If they release a 8-10 billion in O/S and got a huge agreement from a large diamond company for the leases and a 10% residule there is no doubt in my mind that we will see anywhere from .10 to a 1.00 depending on how many naked shorts there are.. This really could get crazy. It could hit the higher end in one day. You got to remember that if no shares are available for these guys to cover then it may get ugly. Sometimes when there is such a lopsided total let's say 10 billion outstanding but 200 billion naked shorts it could see 5.00. These guys would do anything to cover or they lose everything. I am really serious here and not pumping. Alot of the naked shorts thought UC was still dumping billions while they were shorting but he started to buy back. I'm telling you I would be terrified if I was short on this stock... JMHO

CMKM is years away from producing Diamonds if they ever find any with a drill and sample results, I own this stock and am also involved in the FALC area I am not bashing this stock but feel that if it ever is gonna move it will be a loooooooooooong wait check out my link for ZO and diamond stock holders to www.shoregold.com and www.tahera.com both of these companies are very close but still 12-18 months from hitting big time as far as stock price rising. Urban Casavant is pleased to announce that Casavant Mining Kimberlite International (Pink Sheets:CMKM) will have a name change and a new CUSIP number to reflect the recent steps taken by the company to move forward.
The Company's name change and new CUSIP shall take effect sometime this week and shall be announced shortly after.
