The message is that Value-Corp is the company at the same address which creates NV corporations also is the message center and address of record for all of these companies.
Meaning, there is no one there but the secretary and the Valu-Corp guy..

ANOTHER interesting point is that all of the other businesses that I cited who share the same address, have listed phone numbers...that does NOT appear to be true with PALR and K&S

You can purchase PALR through e-trade. That is what I use. You must purchase any Bulletin Board stocks using a LIMIT ORDER and specify the price you would like to pay.

Good to have someone with a good eye for T/A. I have been watching this one for a good entry point and I think I got in at the right price.
The spike in volume that you referred to looks great and the last time this stock saw that kind of volume it pushed the pps up over a penny. I think good news is coming for this one with the grand opening of the first prize pizza location, even if it is a bit of a ways off at this point in time.

The picture painted by the SEC filings is bad. Plain and simple. History in sub-penny shells tells me that this is NOT a good buy at any price and the behavior last week underscores that statement.

I believe just the opposite and the grand opening of the first prize pizza establishment in Arizona will prove me to be correct!
I am "invested" in PALR....you obviously are not....and if you wish to argue this point, then I suggest you look up the definition of invested....I don't believe it covers shorting interests.

I believe you said something about no reason for this stock to gain in value. I see about 50 Million of them today.
I don't believe I was whining, just pointing out that you have no vested interest in this stock other than to make people feel uneasy about their investments. That takes a real special kind of person (%$&&%####$$$%%)I will leave it at that someone else can fill in the blanks!
