I would like some opinions on this please>
Oh By the way I am very BULLISH on IBZT!
Does it make sense to think that if over the last 3 days up till 1.27PM Friday. That the CD Holders were diluting their shares which would have caused this sell off over those three days. If they are done doing this and they caused the sell off? Should not we now as at the end of friday indicated start to move UP? The news was great and the company would not have put this out unless the dilution was over for not! Why would someone sell now when in a week or so IBZT is going to report HUGE sells #'s. Just call me totally stupid but I can not see people selling in front of these #'s. But, I might be totally STUPID wanting to make a lot of money instead of a few hundred or thousand. Please let me get your best OPINION?????

well--i'm thinking about getting into this stock, if i can make some stock sells and free up some $$. short term i think it might gap down some on the tuesday open. and sell a little lower---or not--the longer term chart has something else showing but the volume and all has me leaning to using the 5 day chart for this one. overall i think ibiz has good potential for the mid to long term hold. they have publicity--buyers--lotsa exposure so it should go higher and higher in the very short term--IF they can deliver the products! ..steve (just remember-this is a computer based company--this stuff is faddish and very prone to being outdated very fast--watch your $$ use your own dd. buy low--sell high--retire young---i wish)

Hi Bart -

There are already 3 or 4 other IBZT threads going here on AllStocks. I've been holding since.0164 - Wish I sold @ .08 and played the rolls - also wish I bought New Year's Eve in the .003's - but never filled @ .003 and didn't want to chase it. I paid over 5 times what I wouldn't pay then only DAYS later. I could have had 250,000 shares for only $750, which was worth $40,000 at .08!MOST stocks never go straight up - they roll UP and DOWN, even ascending. If we get back to .08 - I WILL try and work my way up to a ton of shares. The big risk is getting caught out trying to buy back in cheaper for more shares- and the BIG Sales PR's start coming out. But if it didn't happen til I had 120,000 shares and sold at .16 - I could VERY happilylive with that!! I'd LOVE to be able to pull off a scenario similar to what I'm gonna post. It would have to fall in my parameters, and hit the sell, buy, sell, buy targets VERY CLOSE.

DISCLAIMER:
This is TOTALLY a scenario I made up- and I am in NO WAY recommending ANYONE try doing this. YOU alone are responsible for any and all of YOUR trading decisions.

Here's what I'd LOVE to see happen. You'd have to have Brass Bal_s and NERVES of STEEL - especially after you had racked up some big profits! Just 5 RT trades! This is based on my 45,000 shares -

SELL 45000 @ .08 = $3,600.00 Keep $50 for Ameritrade fees.

BUY 71000 @ .05 = $3,550.00

SELL 71000 @ .12 = $8,520.00 Keep $20 for fees

BUY 121400 @ .07 = $8,500.00

SELL 121400 @ .16 = $19,424.00 Keep $24 for fees

BUY 161600 @ .12 = $19,400.00

SELL 161600 @ .20 = $32,320.00 Keep $20 for fees

BUY 201800 @ .16 = $32,300.00

SELL 201800 @ .30 = $60,540.00 Keep $40 for fees

BUY 252000 @ .24 = $60,500.00

NOW I have 252,000 shares. (Of course could have bought 'em for $750 2 wks. ago!!!)

I could sell 102,000 @ .50 and have $51,000.00 AND KEEP 150,000 shares

And out of the 150,000..........

Sell 75,000 @ .75 = $56,250 (And still have 75,000 worth $56,250 @ .75)

Then BUY 125,000 more if it droped to .45!!!!!

AND HAVE 200,000 shares - and just hold them

AND IF IT EVER BECOMES LIKE SONS or EGHT,

And if it goes to: $1 - $200,000

$3 - $600,000

$5 - $1,000,000

$7 - $1,400,000 - PAY $400,000 IN TAXES AND KEEP 1 million $$

Good Luck - Stranger things have happened!
Steve

Reality--1.3 billion shares makes this company overpriced @ 0.1$--Even if they sell a hundred thousand keyboards--good news is it is time for some stocks to get oversold in this market and this one could do the same thing SIRI has. Good Luck

Sell 100.000 maybe the first week. I think
we are talking millions. For example they sold 5mil of them with a profit of only $24
it would be 120Mil. Good buy debt and from a marget cap of 9.7Mil look where we will be. Lets not forget they will be selling all over the world not just here in the states. I am one who does not care about the charts. If had followed the charts I would probably never but a penny stock. The earning are coming. I would love to sell off some of my shares and buy them back at a lower price. But, I feel I will get caught by a great PR and want be able to buy back in until it is way up. So will just hold! LETS MAKE HISTORY!!! Steve, I hope you HIT $7.00, that means I will to! IBIZ is my total retirement stock or I will live in a box under the 5th street bridge here in Augusta, Ga. GO IBZT!!!!! I almost Forget. Ameritrade shows o/S at 234.3770Mil and Market Cap at 9.8Mil Thursday Mar/Cap was 9.7. I don't know about this 1.4B O/S???

Bart-- I pulled the 1.3 billion # off the posts here during the second day of the run( we were all having a good time but it was stressful). As you pointed out a different # --the first person to do so to me --I looked myself at OTCBB and found that it is posted at 450million shares authorised and 529 milion shares outstanding --this is based on 10QSB the numbers go back to 3/14/03 and 9/11/03
I stand corrected and I didn't mean to imply that I don't like the co. It just goes to show how much you need to do your own DD

Thanks for your input. The reason I put this here is to have a 2nd opinion. I thought AMER might have been wrong. Now the picture is more clear and I feel stronger than ever that IBZT will go higher. Most have said that the 1.4B or so wouod hold it back. Thankyou for helping update these figures. We must all work togeather! Again I THANK YOU.

I picked this excerpt up on RB. The Cell phone tech may, along with the VKB and the rest of their GREAT products, is what COULD push IBZT into the $3 - $7 range, imo. Look at SIRI - I like IBZT better for now!

"IBZT's next roll out is for the cell phones, the real market here.
It will be the biggest market as cell phones will be PDA's in short
order. I would rather carry around a cigarette lighter sized device in my
pocket than a roll up keyboard. The virtual keyboard's dimensions
are closer to the size of a natural keyboard. I am not an Elf
so my fingers may very well fit the virtual keyboard better
than these roll ups.

The bottom line is that this company is out of the gates faster
than anyone else with a reasonably priced product, commands
wide media exposure at this time and at its current size the
increased revenue can make a difference in its price per share.

They have many O/S's. This is a concern. With increased revenue
this can be less of an issue.

The most important issue here is whether you think this
stock will be bought based on some of the reasons stated in
this message based on expected revenue. The case for increased
expected revenue is well founded and that is one good reason to
buy a stock IMO, no matter how long you intend to own it."

Good Luck to All!
Steve

I watched a show on DISCOVERY channel yeserday about techies in SO Korea. They are very "into " tech gadgets-apparently they have the most cell phones per capita. They also expect to have EVERY home connected by broadband by 2005 . The question is this--
Is IBIZ licensed to market their products in S. Korea? They don't hold the patent they have a license.

Kevcra's post on OS and float is the most up to date one that I have as well. 1.9B & 1.2B

Interesting about NITE's last Q10, and some fun thrown in too:

Hey you guys ever read NITE's filings?

I love this line in their Q's and K's....this from the last 10Q

"Securities sold, not yet purchased, at market value
$2,633,328,385"

Those Shortin' SOBs!!!! Now check out this link. I believe it's Knight and the other MMs trying to figure out how to zing us!

Enjoy!

Imagine trying to read all those? I must have 80 idiots on ignore over there. There are maybe 20 with knowledge there! Enjoy the rest of the holiday!

Love the market: Steve how much faith do you have in RB on Ibzt hitting the $3 to $7 range. Or what is your predictions. A lot of people laugh at this but lets remember who laughs last laughs best. Go IBZT! Let the MONSTER EAT! Even if it does not go much higher I think we have all made some money!

Bart - my biggest concern is the float and amount of shares. If you know the history of this company, it's done a Lazarus. It was D-E-A-D Dead! The CEO deserves a lot ofcredit. Many have condemned him for the last RS, but the guy had to do what he had to do to stay in business. He could have walked. He's been at it like 23 years. If the rest of those CD's are gone fairly quickly, AND they can afford to buy back shares - then the sky's the limit, imo.

I am actually going to try to play this thing like the chart I made up. I will be sitting here watching L2 like a hawk this week. If it gets over .06 or .07 tomorrow - I may even hit the sell button then, rather than at .08. For me to pull off what I'd like to try, I need this stock to roll up and down pretty close to the prices I set. I don't think this stock is a risk at all roght now, considering most of my shares are at .0164 - although it kills me to know what I could have bought a few days earlier. I've seen some HUGE spikes without substance on the OTC in recent months. NEOM, AGIS, ARGY, and even my UVCL. And they ALL droped back 50-90% quickly. My biggest fear is getting caught out the first time I try to play it. It is sooo HOT rightnow it COULD shoot through the roof if they release huge pre-order figures while I'm out waiting for a pullback that may bever come. But if I get .08 and get caught out; and can't get back in within 2 days, I'll probably put $1000 each into 3 other stocks. I know it's going to take incredible discipline for me to try and do this. But like I posted the other day - if I get caught out but sold 90-100K shares at .12 - I'll just cry all the way to the bank. I've NEVER made $20,000 on 1 stock in my life, not even $10,000 for that matter! And if a huge PR comes out in the morning pre-market - I think it will gap/spike big-time, but will pull back to retrace. It's all a crapshoot. And if for some crazy reason a great PR makes it shoot to .40 - .50 - hey, I'll be happy selling my meager holdings - and buy back in cheap - but take a good amount of profit too. If the re-structure all those shares, this COULD imo become a stock that 'grows up' and says bye-bye to Pennyland forever. The have much more going FOR them than against them. The only negative - but a BIG one, is all those shares out.

We'll see how this goes this week - one way or the other!

Steve

PS: I gotta say, I NEVER thought with all the TV press and exposure; that once it hit .08 - I never thought it would fall back below .05-.06 again. But then those converted shares started dumping big-time!

GoodLuck

Now that we have slipped back to .0358, does anyone see us being able to move up without any news. I for one do not based on passed history. I feel the company needs to more in pushing there product than they are. As the old saying goes "OUT OF SIGHT OUT OF MIND." It needs to be put out in the public eye or will continue down! My Opinion! I would like yours! Let the MONSTER EAT.

Bart - we could roll between .03-.05 til the BIG news hits. But like I said in my 'made-up' transactions - who'd wannna get caught on the outside looking in if/when it runs hard???

I've only had it 3 weeks - I sold INDW(GLBT)after about 5-6 weeks for 340%+ profit. So as antsy as we all are - I don't mind waiting - I've been in UVCL since Sept. & am still kicking myself for not selling @ .17 (I got in at .02 - and SHOULD have played the rolls there).

IMO, the rewards on IBZT outweigh the risk.

Good Luck,
Steve

IMO, I don't think we're going to see any huge rise in pps until the order numbers, or retailers are announced.

Synosphere's initial product, the Blue Dock(TM), is the world's first PDA docking station to allow a PDA to function as a primary computing platform in a desktop environment, without the need for an additional workstation or laptop.

The Blue Dock(TM) was first publicly introduced at the Consumer Electronics Show 2004, and has since received many favorable product reviews from around the world. The gadgeteer.com ( www.the-gadgeteer.com ) stated, 'There are a lot of mobile warriors that have been using their PDA's as a laptop replacement. This product takes that idea a huge step forward!'

Kenneth Schilling, President and CEO of iBIZ, commented, 'The Synosphere acquisition adds significant value to our company by bringing innovative and forward looking products that I believe address the immediate and future needs of handheld and portable computing in schools, hospitals, workplace and other markets. Furthermore, I believe by continually protecting key intellectual property rights, we will be able to create competitive barriers to entry and begin to control specific markets.'

Bryan Scott, President and CEO of Synosphere, commented, 'The iBIZ acquisition of Synosphere is a perfect match between a technology company and a company that has an excellent reputation and avenue for manufacturing and distributing PDA products. We are excited to work closely with Ken and his team and look forward to future success together.'
