The good thing is that nobody is selling during the pullback. The MM don't get the shares they are trying to get. Hopefully, there will be another surge.

MALLOY,

SORRY I WAS BUSY TRYING TO GET SOME BUY AND ORDERS IN. I AM A DAYTRADER OF PENNY'S. I FOLLOW TRENDS, VOLUME, NEWS AND THE EMOTION OF THE CROWD. I DID NOT BUY ON THE ORIGINAL RUN. WAITED FOR WHAT I BELIEVED TO BE THE PROVERBIAL RETRACEMENT-- BOUGHT AS CLOSE AS I COULD TO THE LOW OF .0106. I GOT IN AT .0116 JUST SOLD AT .0156 FOR 30%.

UNLESS THERE IS OUTSTANDING NEWS I WILL PROBABLY NOT BUY THIS STOCK AGAIN. NOTHING IN THE FINANCIALS OR THE HISTORY OF THE STOCK IE. 6,000 DOLLAR REVENUE IN 2002 AND ELEMINATION OF OTHER BUSINESS VENTURES IN LATE 2002 AND EARLY 2003 IS SCREAMING AT ME TO KEEP THIS STOCK. IT WAS A DAY TRADE FOR ME.

I KNOW IT IS A LITTLE LATE FOR THAT ANSWER BUT I ONLY CHECK THIS BOARD ONCE IN A WHILE DURING THE DAY.

GOOD LUCK TRADING.

New Security Measures

November 26, 2003

The Office of General Services and the Division of State Police are announcing that on January 1, 2004, new security procedures for accessing the State Capitol and the Legislative Office Building will be implemented. The measures are part of the State’s ongoing review of security procedures at State facilities and will utilize state-of-the-art technology to reduce staffing costs and improve security operations.

To improve and streamline security operations at State facilities throughout New York, OGS will begin phasing in on a statewide basis a single, state-of-the-art, employee ID card that will replace multiple cards being used by State agencies and the Legislature. The new, “Smart Card” technology is compatible with multiple systems, allowing one card to be programmed to serve a number of different security-related functions. The new card is expected to improve security at State facilities and allow unhindered access for authorized employees at individual state buildings and facilities. Rollout of the new ID cards will begin this month with employees working in the Legislature and the Capitol and is expected to be complete by Spring 2004.

All persons requiring entrance to the Capitol and Legislative Office Building will be required to use their new ID card to go through the new employee turnstiles. These devices will be installed at the Times Square quadrant on the Concourse level, the Washington Avenue and State Street entrances to the Capitol, and the State Street entrance to the Legislative Office Building.

During business hours, those employees whose agency has office space in the Capitol and Legislative Office Building will have access authorizations to these buildings assigned to their ID card. Employees whose Agency does not have office space in the Capitol or LOB, but who routinely must do business with those Agencies, may apply to have authorization access granted on an individual basis. Permission may be requested by Agency Contacts to the OGS Security Card Officer. If a person attempts to pass through without prior authorization on their ID card the barrier arm will remain in place and an audible alarm will sound to alert security personnel. Any employee without authorization will need to pass through the visitor’s entrance. Buildings will remain open and accessible to the public during business hours by utilizing the visitor’s entrances, which will be clearly marked. Security personnel will be available to assist.

Capitol and Legislative Office Building employees who require after hours access to the buildings will be allowed to enter these buildings through secure portals. Secured portals are designed to allow only one authorized person at a time through the portal. The employee will scan his or her card to enter the portal. Doors will open and the portal will scan to detect one person, upon clearance the doors will close, and the second set of doors will open to allow the employee to pass through. If the portal detects more than one person, a voice synthesizer will request that the individuals exit the portal. If the employee attempts to pass his or her card to another person after having scanned to enter the portal, the portal will deny access to the second person.

After hours access to the Capitol will be afforded at State Street and the Capitol tunnel. Legislative Office Building portals will be located at both the Swan Street and the Plaza entrances. These devices will allow authorized employees the ability to come and go from the Capitol and Legislative Office Building both during and after hours utilizing their new ID card and pin number issued by OGS.

The Legislative Office Building’s main entrance will be on State Street. This entrance will include features similar to the Capitol including a magnetometer, x-ray machine for visitors and an employee turnstile for building occupants. After hours access will be at the Swan Street and the Plaza exterior entrance to the LOB through a secure portal. Also, the P-3 V-lot and P-2 entrances into the Legislative Office Building will be altered to allow only authorized employees via full turnstiles operated by the employee ID card and pin number.

Barrier gates to prevent unauthorized vehicular traffic will be installed at the Madison and State Street entrances to the Empire State Plaza, Capitol Executive ramp, and the Bus Terminal at the Empire Sate Plaza. These gates will permit access to authorized vehicles only.

We are confident that everyone will work with Security personnel to make the Capitol and Legislative Office Building as safe and secure as possible. Please do not hesitate to contact Mr. Joseph Cosenza at 473-6517 or the Plaza Manager’s Office at 474-8894 if you have any questions or concerns. Thank you for your continued cooperation.

Thanks for your comments. I'm looking forward to being a day trader too...I'm a long term investors but less and less interested by the whole corruption being made. A good company is often being push down and a bad one the opposite. Since there's so many lies going on, I feel that a «take the money and run» approach is more and more the way to go.

That's the reason I've monitored this board for awhile now whitout being very active.

Learning from you all.

Thanks again.

I don't know what to think. We still haven't seen major retracement today. It seems to be consolidating in the 0.015 range. If that's the case, it will be an excellent launch for a 0.017 attack.

[I agree with you swing it was a good close and I think that when it does fly you should move your post back to the front of the list--This one may not go up as fast but it will probably have much more stamina.

When the posts end up with so many pages they are cumbersome--I only started this one cuz I tried 5 or six time to load the new posts and they didn't showup even though they were showing more recent time on the main board.

Hi everyone,

I'm back from vacation and I'm glad to see FXGP way up. When I left, it had just reached 0.013$. It went all the way up to 0.0198$, back down to 0.0106 and all the way up to 0.0162 to close at 0.0144. If this is not called roller-coaster, what is? I really hope I'm not the only one who made money ut of this one. According to me, the upward trend is not over and we should have a good positive week.

Well, good luck to all and I still have lots of reading to do to catch up with all the action. I want to be ready for tomorrow morning.

Bush Wants Increase in Domestic Security Spending
Mon Jan 19, 6:36 PM ET Add Top Stories - Reuters to My Yahoo!

By Adam Entous

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Seizing on an issue critical to Americans and his own re-election campaign, President Bush (news - web sites) will propose boosting domestic security spending by about 9 percent in his 2005 budget, congressional sources said on Monday.

Reuters Photo

The White House declined to comment on the reported increase -- one of the biggest in Bush's new budget scheduled for release on Feb. 2. Counter-terrorism efforts at home will be a major component of Bush's State of the Union address on Tuesday.

As part of the broader war on terrorism, Bush is expected to nearly double U.S. aid to Afghanistan (news - web sites) to nearly $1 billion in his budget for fiscal year 2005. The country has been hit by a new wave of violence from Taliban elements and possibly al Qaeda despite the U.S.-led invasion.

Bush will also propose a five-year, $1 billion increase in NASA (news - web sites)'s budget, which is now about $15 billion, as part of a new initiative aimed at sending American spacecraft back to the moon and on to Mars.

Bush is also expected to propose $2.5 billion for his Millennium Challenge Account, an aid program set up to reward developing countries which meet criteria on eliminating corruption, respect for human rights and opening markets.

But under pressure from his conservative base to rein in record federal budget deficits, the Republican president's $2.3 trillion budget for 2005 will call for limiting spending growth in most other government programs to under 4 percent, White House aides say.

The deficit could top $500 billion this fiscal year alone.

The 9 percent increase would push the 2005 budget for domestic security efforts to nearly $45 billion.

The proposed increase does not include defense-related homeland security spending or Bush's 10-year, $5.6 billion Project BioShield initiative aimed at speeding production of vaccines against possible biological weapons including anthrax and smallpox, sources said.

CRITICAL ISSUE

Bush proposed a 7.4 percent increase for domestic security in his 2004 budget request, drawing fire from Democrats who said more money was needed to adequately secure the nation.

"One of the president's top priorities is to protect the homeland from any future acts of terrorism, and he has consistently made available the resources to meet that commitment. His 2005 budget will be no different," said Chad Kolton, a spokesman for the White House budget office.

Democrats say the administration is underfunding emergency teams, including police, fire, and medical personnel, by about $100 billion over the next five years. They say cities have yet to receive their share of the $1.5 billion in so-called first responder funding appropriated by Congress this year.

The White House defended its record.

"The president has worked with Congress to make available over $10 billion in funding for first responders just in the last two-and-half-years, and that's an extraordinary sum in a short period of time," Kolton said.

International aid groups say Bush has yet to deliver on some of last year's State of the Union promises.

Despite U.S. military and reconstruction assistance, aid groups say conditions in Afghanistan may be deteriorating. "More money is always welcome but it's how you use it and what you use it for," said CARE spokeswoman Alina Labrada.

An expected $2.5 billion investment in Bush's Millennium Challenge Account would fall short of the $3.4 billion officials had said the program would disburse in 2005.

Bush is also expected to propose $2.7 billion in his 2005 budget to combat global AIDS (news - web sites) -- disappointing advocacy groups which had hoped for at least $3 billion.

White House aides said Bush held back his support for providing $3 billion a year for the AIDS initiative because of concerns that a system was not yet in place to use the money effectively.

Note that Democrats have critisized Bush for not increasing homeland security enough-- Security issues are going to rule for a few years at least--whoever wins in NOV.
