I almost got stuck holding as well. If you don't want to take a loss, you might have to wait until the "virtual keyboard" hits the stores. Should be sometime in spring..

Hey! I found a board with people just like me. Who bought IBZT at the totally wrong time. I got in at .06.
Wow what a hit I've taken... Umm there has been some good PR, but there are so many shares out I don't know if anything can recover it now. WHo knows maybe I've just been watching too many bashers on message boards.
Ones of these days I believe we will make our profit off of it, but it will be a while.

lol erik, welcome to IBZT Bagholder Club .... I bought this stock because of media coverages and ken's message on ceocast.com ... the company is good, but finiancial sucks.... they are converting shares right now...so that ain't good. the more they convert,, the more O/S we have... I just hope it will stop tomorrow.... just stop. done.... I will be praying tonight...lol........ If it weren't the O/S shares, we would be around .08-.10 right now... I just noticed some weird trading yesterday and today. I hope everything will calm tommorrow.....
but I wouldn't worry much,, I know i will recover and maybe make some profit in couple of weeks, just wait for PRs........ the base is b/t .03-.04.....(if it drop below .03, then START TO WORRY!!!)
I hope KEN is not lying to us.................. because if he is, I will have to drive down to pheonix and hunt him!!!!!!

Ha, I feel so comforted here, not that it makes me think IBZT is going to go through the roof, but just to know that other people have made the same mistake as I. From what I've read in other boards and news this stock will eaither, plumit to it's death, or go down for a few more weeks, get some good PR and it will rise for our gains.
Just hold on to your seatbelt. DON"T sell and have some fun. I know in some strange deluted way I am.

Well everyone let's hope there is some news fluff pr on this today. that way we can at least get out on a little upswing. I'm gonna buy back in next week when it's a little lower. But with my luck as soon as i sell they will announce sales figures and the price will double. hahaha. good luck to all and have a great day trading.

Your right! The min you sell it then will go up and up. NO SELL HERE!!! All the way up or back to .0001. Just say I stupid but I think we will have a nice run-up soon. Why sell when we (I think) know this keyboard is going to sell like hotcakes. I have about 400K shares at .058 and no way will I sell!

I'm sure it will double as soon as figures are released but when that will be is anyone's guess. I'm betting it will be the middle of next week at the absolute earliest. If so that will give me time to re-enter and hopefully catch the upswing. Only time will tell but i can't see it falling past .025 though...not with such a great product on the market.

Gang - I'm in this one for the long haul. Keyboards should be in stores in 3-4 WEEKS. Once some sales figures hit - WATCH OUT, imo. Here's a good read I found on RB:
IBZT longs,good read.
By: kaminka 16 Jan 2004, 07:19 AM EST Msg. 106343 of 106371 Jump to msg. # MUST READ..... Good morning, Please understand, Ken is not dilluting the company. The CD holders are converting out. This stock ran very quickly. Imagine, a cd holder has been sitting and waiting to make a great deal of money. The stock begins to run from .0023 to 8 cents. The CD holders have a twenty day look back at the share price and convert at a 20 to 50% discount of the average price per share of the lowest three trading days over the last twenty. They send in a conversion notice lets say for .0012 and convert 12,000 dollars of debt for ten million shares at that conversion price. They sell for an average of five cents per share. The fund sees a net gain of 41.67 times. Great money, for the fund, but a lot of dillution for the company. This continues until the conversion price catches up. Today in my estimates, the CD holders could only convert at a price of let's say one cent. They convert a hundred thousand dollars in debt for the same ten million shares. Still enormous profits for the fund, but the debt is retiring at a much faster pace and a lot less dillutive. Didn't Ken say in his interview the debt was being retired very quickly now. I believe the massive dulliton is about to end. I believe the company will demonstrate that in their next Q. Possibly when they file thier K to some degree, but their first Q will show a dramatic reduction in debt. Ken knows what he is doing and if you all have a little patience here you will truly see a turn around that will make history. ---------------------

I was getting frustrated with IBZT and the news recycling, but seeing as the most recent PR has news about forthcoming news, I jumped back in- yeehaa!

Definately like what Mr. Schilling said...he's just trying to keep us all on board so we don't dump before the big figures announcement. I for one am out till next week. Good luck all.

We just got into PDA's here and we love them-- These guys are in front of the next wave--hang in there. The keyboard is probly the headliner here but there is a lot of versatility in the way the newest ones are designed and IBZT is taking advantage of it.

I think we are going to have a retrace Monday then some buyback for those who sold a bit to early like myself. No worries though. As soon as the numbers are release we are going to see a dime!

great close, even though my last sell at .0419 didn't fill. aon got me this time but that close to the bell i didn't want to take a chance on a small partial.
so far i have exactly half of my position left, 2250k free shares and a tidy 69k profit.
i will probably buy back in the low .03x range if we get that before the next news. i think captain s has worn out the adjective list and something new or numbers will be necessary to fan the flames again.
i just had another best day ever, but the early part of the week wasn't brilliant by any means. i'll be trading on my ipaq next week. wish i had one of those VKBs to make it easier. have a great week and fan those flames. i'll be back on friday. i can't imagine posting on the ipaq with a stylus. might try though is i find a hot spot with good coffee.

It sounds like you could use one of IBZT's virtual keyboards.

I have been pondering getting into the popular PGHI for awhile now. Unfortunatley all my money is tied up (CESY/ADVC/IBZT/BLYC). Once I take some profit in any of those I was hoping to get into PGHI at around the .045 level. Now that we have broke the .05 level substantly and nearing the 52 week high do you think it's only going up from here? I would surely like to get in before they launch the new website but I am trying to determine a good entry point. Any suggestions would be apreciated.

UPDATE: Ameritrade says that IBZT has O/S at 234.3770Mil way down from 1.4Bil. Mar/Cap at 9.8. Now how high do you think we can go with decent P/R. Let the MONSTER EAT.

Very far from accurate, that exact number for OS count was from June of 2003. It is the same number pinksheets.com and other sites are still reporting as well. Call the transfer agent if you want to know the real share count, but a few of us have been doing it occasionally and the 1.4 billion number is much more accurate.

The lastest count on the OS is well in excess of a billon, maybe even $1.4 bil; as of last Thursday. If I can find the exact update I'll post it later.
Also: I picked this excerpt up on RB. The Cell phone tech may, along with the VKB and the rest of their GREAT products, is what COULD push IBZT into the $3 - $7 range, possibly this year, imo. Look at SIRI - I like IBZT better for now!
"IBZT's next roll out is for the cell phones, the real market here. It will be the biggest market as cell phones will be PDA's in short order. I would rather carry around a cigarette lighter sized device in my pocket than a roll up keyboard. The virtual keyboard's dimensions are closer to the size of a natural keyboard. I am not an Elf so my fingers may very well fit the virtual keyboard better than these roll ups.
The bottom line is that this company is out of the gates faster than anyone else with a reasonably priced product, commands wide media exposure at this time and at its current size the increased revenue can make a difference in its price per share.
They have many O/S's. This is a concern. With increased revenue this can be less of an issue.
The most important issue here is whether you think this stock will be bought based on some of the reasons stated in this message based on expected revenue. The case for increased expected revenue is well founded and that is one good reason to buy a stock IMO, no matter how long you intend to own it."
