Hi guys, the next sub-penny stock to break the penny mark will be GWDL. It is moving on extremely high volume and ready to do what FXGP did the last few days. Jump in while it is still early. Thank me later when you'll have tripled your investment.

Cheers,

sorry I didn't get back sooner--I don't like to talk bad about stuff ---esp--during trading.--Look in OTC Bulletin board on company profiles--(otcbb.com)

--4/25/03--10KSB--shares authorised--25 billion(yes, thats a B)--shares outstanding 333 million but--- that means the co. can unload a lot of shares if they want. The are supposed to file but --

25 billion shares ? Where did you see that ??? That's impossible . . . This means the market cap would be near 100 million dollars . . . That's impossible. Can you show me link of O/S for GWDL ?

Thanx for posting this Uncle-- A little discussion on how to find this kind of info would be helpful to us all--We need to find these types of scams and then we need to make sure we all send e-mails to appropriate people --senators congressmen to make sure they know we want them prosecuted and punished appropriately--

my first signal to this being "strange" was the issued share figure. 25 billion is allot for a vitamin company. its allot for anything other than to make selling shares the main business.

google is an invaluable tool when you use a combination of the company name, directors names and the words fraud, scam, litigation etc. just the company name itself or it's ticker symbol will turn up allot with google.

for example, there is a release from a feb 2003 article that sounds positive , and perhaps is, speaking abour reducing 1m in debt with equity as payment. i see it as a way to dump shares through a "cooperative" company and support the parent company's "payroll". if you have an abundance of shares you can simulate a breakout with a news release and constant small trades at the ask. couple that with a small boiler room and you have the chemistry for unsustained runs. i hate to sound like a paranoid consiracy believer, but it is true that there are scams out there in all of the exchanges from nyse to pinks. it's good practice to be suspicious to protect your investments.
