I am looking at a stock and the owner is buying more shrares he owns Lets say 65% now.Is there some rule saying when he gets say 75% he can do what he wants with the company. Usually the owner is selling to pay bills. Why would he keep buying other than he thinks the company will do good?

I think either he might know of good news he will be posting, or he wants to make the public perception of him believing in his company. TOny

Lemme guess --you're waiting on some settlement money and you want your full position before you post.

No One knows the company better than the owner! He probably knows GREAT NEWS is comming out. You can email me the company. I only have $180. to play with at the moment. Missed my entry price with the stock I was shooting for, so looking for some thing right now. $180. won't effect the price that much. My email I read most is RevDew1@hotmail.com Thanks DD

I find it strange that your asking for help, when you wont even tell us what stock it is................If everyone held out on good stock picks, we would never have any leads!

I can see why he would want to buy first! I know I would wait until I was holding! Especially with the Million share buyers. Take care! DD

I can't buy a stock that I don't know exists. I can't check technicals or anything on this damn thing. It's pretty silly he won't tell anyone the pick though. This board would suck balls if everyone was like this. But he can do what he wants.

DOUBLE L: HURRY UP AND BUY IT! So you can share it with us. I probably won't buy into it any ways. Probably to high for a lousy $180. DD

KTEL is seeing this kind of action lately. The CEO owns 56% of the outstanding shares. He's been buying too. More than 285k since Dec 7 '03.

That is the company but I found some old news.Look at the old news? Not good I might still get in.The ceo sold at high and had sec. on himself. This was a scam at one time, I still haven't figured relationship between his other company k-5 leasure. They cover loans for this company. I have not decided what to do yet. But insiders own 70+ % and for some reason he is buying more. Low share count and low outstanding. K-5 also has the approval to buy 1.4 mil. on the open market as they see fit.

As you can tell by the low share count I did not want to put it out for everybody to get in before I did. I had a bid at .10 till noon and .11 12:00-2:30 the at ask .12 till close did not fill all day.

My apologies for letting the cat out of the bag. Based on your figures for the % held by the CEO I didn't think this was the company. Just wanted to point out another stock that might present a similar opportunity.
This company does have a shady past and quite a bit of debt. The last paragraph in the November 14th 10-Q paints the picture. I don't know too much more about the stock.

I think it may just be an attempt to push up the price of the stock, the last eight transaction he made were for a total of roughly only $26,000 bucks. That does not seem to me like something big is about to happen .
