Follow-Up Explanation: If you notice in the link above they speak of the Bahamas as there plans were for the month of December. There was actually no definite date posted, but according to Mr. Fusco he stated an exact date.

Brett: How long ago did you offer you’re pro-type to the FDA to be viewed?
Fusco: Long Time Ago

Brett: When do you expect approval from the FDA, for the United States?
Fusco: It takes money to get FDA approval here in the United States, and while the United States is the #1 place where the most revenue may be potential risen; we have already received approval in the European Union and Canada. Therefore we shall focus on the Global Marketing, vs. the Domestic Marketing here in the United States.

My Opinion: I do feel there company wouldn’t have to worry about competing with other companies.

Brett: Do you plan to begin marketing through Advertisements this year?
Fusco: We shall market through 2 Channels

(2)Sales Representatives

Brett: Do you have plans to work with other Bioelectromagnetic companies?
Fusco: If they chose to contact us, yes. Everything they have is patented.

Brett: Have you ever considered merging with other Bioelectromagnetic companies, so that you may be more efficiently productive?
Fusco: Yes, but everyone becomes closely held

Opinion: LOL, I have no earthly idea what he meant.

Brett: Have you taken steps to finding additional funding, so that your products can be developed successfully expedited?
Fusco: Yes, still negotiating and will notify shareholder has soon as things are concrete.

Brett: Are you reconstructing your company in reference to management?
Fusco: Yes

Brett: Have or are you reconstructing your company in reference to finances and debt expenses?
Fusco: Every company usually reconstructs there company 3-6 months , and yes we are.

Fusco: If you read our 10k and 8k’s the stock was based on subscriptions with no revenue. Also there was poor management.

Brett: Do you see this stock surging to $2-$3 a share.

Fusco: That’s a ridiculous forecast, and you definitely shouldn’t expect to see it there by 2004.

Brett: Do you feel today is the bottom for the stock

Fusco: Yes

Brett: What’s your forecast by 1 Month from now?

Fusco: By the end of January 2004, were expecting the PPS to be between .10 -.25

Fusco: No, at least not reverse split. This stock wouldn’t be able to handle it, but over the next 1 ½, yes possibly.
