JRSE has been dropping despite the numerous of Press Releases being released, and as many investors have noticed the releases have become down to a minimum. Theoritically I think this stock has been attempted to be pumped so much by news its actually hurting it more than helping it and the company is finally realizing it. I decided to email the company in regards to "only" there PR's. I have just finishing composing the email and it reads as follows:

Jacobson Resonance Enterprises, Inc. Announces Corporate Plans For 2004/2005

Before reading the Press Release it brought me to a few questions which will be further asked as you read. Once I read the Press Release on 09/29/2003, there was some interesting information shared. Companies who are able to identify there problems and tough times create a relationship of trust, and for the company to explain its steps to correcting its mistakes is comforting. The stock was trading quite well but with little shareholder interest according to the volume on September 29,2003 and its past trading days. My First questions are

1. Does your company plan to become a corporation in 2004/2005?
2. Has your company completed repositioning JRSE and building a new foundation?

The press release on this date was very positive, but there's one simple question I must ask. I noticed that based on your press release you had "JRSE Royalty Revenue Projections in US Dollars From Canada".Unfortunately on the data table I see the projections for each year except 2004.

3. Whats your revenue projections for 2004?

I then decided to read through other Press Releases realizing they are very much similar to the last Press Release. Therfore I moved to the Press Release where shareholder interest began to increase, the Month of November.

Amazingly this Press Release didnt move the stock but it actually closed on a down day. According to one of two of our Technical experts in the group its quite uncommon for a stock not to move on positive information. Instead this stock dropped, but something miraculous happend the next day. It opened up high in which on that day, it re-met its 3 Month High. At this point I'd regreted not buying this stock based on the postivie concrete information, but according to one of the Tech experts I was informed to wait until a pull back. The same day a press release was issued based on some initiative being taken on FDA permission. After viewing other Press Releases on JRSE it seemed to me in my opinion this stock was began to release information only to attempt to maintain the Price Per Share. Unfortunately it wasnt enough to support it, which caused it have a consistent down trend with dangerous bounces. I became a share holder in late November and have only noticed one good day without a continuing uptrend. Although I may own this stock in the .05 range, I have some deep concerns and questions.

4. Does this stock plan to do anything in the first quarter?

5. Do you have plans to release information that may be concrete figures and facts which may start a some sort of up-trend?

In my opinion Im deeply concerned with the PPS and also the how the shareholder interest in reference to volume is decreasing again. I personally feel that instead of giving projections of what you think you may do verse what you know you will do may actually gain shareholders interest. Just like the concrete evidence on November 11th which caught my eye, may catch others if you have some factual information. Investors may be able to impact this stock more than news until something truly evident can deeply impact and support the PPS. There needs to be involvement from the investors to expect something from the price per share. If the company realizes there is investor interest despite the games MM's may play the price will rise.

Its common sense.

If there is a demand, people will buy price will rise.

If there isnt a demand,that means there no buyers which make the price decrease.

Anyways I wrote the email to them, I currently dont own but I need to give them a general idea that I'm a concerned shareholder. Im truly waiting on a up-day to buy-in.

What the **** is waiting for?

Im assuming based on Ameritrade charts it took the MACD 4 ticks and on the 5th tick which would be today, that it started to move.

I noticed if this stock can manage to close at .021, we will officially begin some breakout trading. Anytime the 5DMA crosses the 10DMA the stock moves. The stock isnt really down that much from what I bought it at .0203. But when you own a lot of shares like me each little decimal points can hurt, but if this motha****a moves...........HAHAHAHAHAHA well I dont know.Itll be good.

The Cause
There are numerous of investors who are continuing to lose interest in this stock, because it hasnt steped up to the expectations quoted in the Press Releases.

The Effect
This is causing many investors to have weak hands and allowing MM's control the PPS.

I'm also a very large shareholder of this company in which I hold 500,000 shares @ a average price of .0195.
