I put a buy order in set for a limit at .018 and the chart says it is at .018 and the bid is .018 but the ask is .019. What does the ask mean and how come it will not let me get this?

Bid -- the price you may get when you sell a position. Ask -- the price you'll pay for a position. Good luck.
