Sunny
I too am new to trading and did notice that some people kind of attacked you when you expressed some doubt. Just because you don’t know the tech side doesn’t make you an idiot, not sure if anyone even said that.
I am taking the free time I have and I am trying to learn some tech stuff. What I have learned is that those charts with the MA (Moving Averages) look GREAT. See how the price is consistently above the MA tred lines. (It’s the chart in this post, its up a little.) That’s A GREAT THING, if I remember correctly. Although, I am a little concerned about the price dipping below the MA at present.

I believe this stock will get back to .05 for sure and .10 most likely, .30 maybe, As for a dollar, well I am not so sure, and I don’t think anyone can be. No one knows what will happen to this company in the coming years, or we would all be rich, and that would be great. But it does have a good chance of getting there.

Some people believe they are going to make so much money with this stock that they forget the cardinal rule of trading…..protect your principal. If I were you, I would have an exit plan for this stock. Maybe sell half at .10 that way you would have free shares. Or, sell a quarter at .10 and another quarter at .15 and so on.

If you have some extra cash, It would always be nice to leave a little in this stock because of the potential it has. But remember, like I said earlier, its only potential. This company has a ways to go. They have under 1000 subscribers, around a 100 game titles, and are paying the previous owners of the company a lot of money….per month. And one more thing, I don’t know if anyone knows this, but if PGHI can’t raise a certain amount of money by a certain date then the deal between VEEGEEZ and PGHI can be called off. (The amount of money and time is in their press releases.)

As for tech analysis, a little is better then none. Buy a book or two, it makes a lot of difference. It will be the techs not the fundamentals that get this stock to .10

AND EVERYONE NEEDS TO LEAVE SUNNY ALONE. He has a right to his/her opinion. Sunny, I too am educated, almost.....two years from BS in EE…..and I know people hate when others speak out against the grain. Especially when money is on the line. Only time will tell who was right…..but I am siding with mach. The techs look good.

Thanks Bet!
I appreciate your support. I also have looked at the charts and think the stock will rise. But, my complaint was that when I expressed skeptism, I was blasted. I felt that the gameznflix thread permitted only positive opinion. The funny thing is that I do support PGHI but when I have doubt or question, I can post them without being jumped on. Anyways, I have a mba but its been 10 years so havnt used tech anlaysis since...but I do think techs have a place but in the end, I will rely on gut after the DD. I intend to get a couple of boooks to refresh my memoryand to learn more in depth.
Hey, my background is liberal arts in college, MBA on the graduate level and then followed by a technology certificate and before having 2 small kids, I was a test enginneer in the software industry. Going back soon...

Anyways, mentioned my background to dispel misconceived notions about me. My point was that all opinion should be allowed even if we do not like it. I hope everyone is right on pghi but in the meantime all discussion should be permitted.

Again, thank s for your post. It is hard to be against the grain but I am independent thinker and say what I think and feel. If one is open-minde then I doubr that person would be offffended by a different point of view. Nothing in life is all YIN. It is yin and yang.

I don't post much but when I have it has been on the other thread. PGHI is a longer term play in my opinion i.e. 3-24 months. In penny stocks I wouldn't "invest" unless I could stand to lose it all. Intraday trading is tough in any stock and more like a crap shoot with penny stocks. I have a substantial investment in PGHI and I will tell you this, the odds of it going down to .16 from this point is less than the probability of going back up to where you would be in the green IMO Sunny. In this particular stock the downside risk right now does not compare to the upside potential if you have time to sit on it. Example: 100k shares at .03 to .02 is a 1k loss. The time it would take for this stock to go down that far would be much longer than the time it would take for the stock with this kind of trend to go back up to .045-.05 IMO. I personally made the decision to risk thousands of dollars to possibly make tens of thousnds. Eveyone has to make their own decision on how much risk they are willing to take to get a phenominal gain. This stock has that upside potential but there are no guarantees. I don't know it this helps or not, I hope so. KC

I am very new at this but everytime somebody post info en some stock I try to read as much as possible about it, then look at the charts, volume and a couple of things more.- In this case remembering some of the post and looking at the charts, to me, I think I would get in betwen .015 to .020, to be in the safe side, since I am a rookie that is the only time I would risk money on PGHI , if it does not come to that then be it at least I will have peace of mind. Please dont help anybody to fight over ideas, exchange info and we all profit.

I have a lot of respect for Uncle Milty and Mach, I have been reading this board for many months and have learned a lot from these members. This board is one of many tools I use to pick my stocks. It sounds to me that you are in an offensive mode and are not getting the true context of what the members are trying to tell you. This is only my opinion, maybe you should quietly read the threads for a while and get a better grasp on reality. By the way, I never even passed the 9th grade "but I made a lot of money from listening to these people”.

I don't expect PGHI to get as low .02. I was hoping I could grab it on a quick dip to .022-.024. That seems to be what the charts indicate could happen in the last 5 to the next 5 days.

i was reading the back and forth replays of this post... and you know what i just came to the conclusion that sunny is just and arrogant and pesimistic loser. get it together girl/boy, assume responsability for your own desicions. if you bought the stock 'cause you saw that somebody say it was going to go up to .10 the you are complete idiot. no body, again no one can predict the actions in price of any stock. you just contradicting yourself... dont believe on technicals predicting trend prices but foolishly believing that a stock was going to go to .10 because somebody else say so. come on, be smart as you say you are. you words are showing the opposite.
now come an insult me and tell me to go somewherelse. show how you contradict yourself. i am expressing my opinion. you say you wnated a "full discussion"...

Sunny -

I have stayed out of the few "beefs" on this board - and believe me - there are NOT many, But when you come on here and start mouthing off, ESPECIALLY to Old Mullet (Uncle Milty) who is probably the most respected and one of the most knowledgeable people here - I must tell you - a personality like you needs to go over to Raging Bull - where they do nothing but fight and argue 99% of the time, rather than discuss the + and -'s of a stock.

I see you've heard the same sentiment from most people on both threads.....

Either re-think your mouthiness or get packin'

On September 26, 2003 Point Group Holdings Inc. (OTC BB: PGHI) announced that it had successfully acquired Veegeez.com, LLC of Santa Clarita, CA, an online video game rental company. Veegeez.com provides its subscribers video game rentals via the Internet similar to how NetFlix.com provides DVD's to its customers.

On December 11, 2003, Point Group Holdings Inc. filed form PRE-14C with the US SEC. The PRE-14C is essentially a petition by the company's board of directors to amend the Articles of Incorporation of the Company to change the name of the Company to "GamezNFlix, Inc." The Company received the consent of a majority of the outstanding shares of Common Stock of the Company for this action under a definitive Proxy Statement filed on November 20, 2003. An Information Statement describing this action will be sent on or about December 15, 2003 to the Company's stockholders of record who have not been solicited for their consent of this corporate action.

On December 9, 2003 Point Group Holdings, Inc. announced that its corporate headquarters is relocating from San Diego, California, to Franklin, Kentucky. The move is scheduled to take place during the last weeks of December. The relocation is part of the planned opening of PGHI's (soon to be GamezNFlix Inc.) subsidiary VeeGeeZ.com. The addition of the new distribution center for VeeGeeZ in Franklin, Kentucky will provide the company with distribution centers on both the east and west coasts of the United States. In support of the “Bi-Coastal Distribution Centers” VeeGeeZ has a focused effort to increase its online inventory and recently announced that inventory was increased by 37 percent.

VeeGeeZ.com, LLC announced previously that it has signed a contract with Venture Direct Worldwide of New York to handle its online marketing campaign. The experienced staff of Venture Direct Worldwide and VeeGeeZ management has developed a marketing plan to assist the company in moving to the next level. Venture Direct's Online Services Group offers a comprehensive range of media, including online lead generation, co-registration, contextual advertising and other web based ad formats, opt-in email, search marketing, and other customized online opportunities, backed by 10 years of online marketing experience, and more than 20 years of direct marketing industry leadership. The agreement with Venture Direct Worldwide for marketing represents an important step forward in the execution of our business model and I look forward to seeing good results.

On October 28th, 2003 VeeGeeZ.com, LLC awarded its new website design to Roy Vella, Web & Print Design Service (www.RoyVella.com). "The signing of this contract represents another phase of VeeGeeZ.com's business plan to provide enhanced services to its customers. In addition, the new design will not only meet our current video game rental customer base it will setup our expansion into the DVD rental world". I anticipate that the new website will be launched late in December 2003.

I believe that with the addition of a second distribution center on the east coast (New Company Headquarters), continued growth in video game inventory along with the successful launch of a US marketing campaign and website interface, that the company has made major steps toward implementing its’ business plan and to add shareholder value.

This will be my one and ONLY comment regarding Sunny.....You claim to not want to argue with everyone, yet you subtly denegrade everyone you reply to, as if you were trying to provoke them. Do unto others works wonders....I think we all know what that entails. If you don't like what people have to say, simply ignore it.

Disregard Sunny. I have seen many of his post at Raging Bull & they are just bashing & degenerating, wasting peoples time.

Do not follow his trail & let him die by himself. The more we respond the more he will continue. We do not need people like Sunny on this board.

One other thing. If you DO look at the dates, as Glassman suggests, and look back at the PPS on those dates, and the PPS as of January 23, a little more than a month later, you will note that the stock is now worth TWICE what it was then. 100% gain in a month ... hummmm ... not a bad pick, I would say. And if you look at the latest chart, you can plainly see it is getting ready to shoot up again, and this time probably to at least .10 .... hummmm ... I would have to say this was a mighty fine pick.
