SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 18, 2003--American Fire Retardant
Corp. (OTCBB:AFRR) announced today that they have signed a Letter of
Intent with Teli-Net to purchase, for stock, all rights and trademarks
for their cleaning product, Natura-Shield. The purchase agreement will
be formally signed the first week of January.
Stephen F. Owens, president of AFRC, said "We are expanding our
product line to include this new, incredible cleaning product,
Natura-Shield. There is both a one-minute and two-minute commercial
ready for television and airtime has already been purchased for these
commercials to begin airing in January." Owens concluded by saying,

addition to our product lines and have great confidence that along
with our current products, this product and other products we will
introduce in 2004 will greatly enhance our profitability."
