Micron Enviro Systems Announces Frac Now Scheduled for Ima 2 Well in Texas
Energy Editors/Business Editors
VANCOUVER, British Columbia--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 16, 2003--Micron Enviro Systems, Inc. (OTCBB:MSEV) ("MSEV") is pleased to announce that it has been informed by the company that the frac of the Ima 2 Well in Palo Pinto County has now been scheduled. The frac is scheduled to take place on Monday December 22, 2003, barring any unforeseen events. There has been a higher than normal demand on frac crews recently due to the high price of natural gas and oil, which is why this frac has taken longer than expected to take place. Bernie McDougall, President of MSEV stated, "We are looking forward to completing this frac and establishing flow rates for this well. The delay in the frac was out of our control, but now we are excited about the next few weeks as we could be able to announce an entire new field for MSEV. The last time we were able to announce a new discovery, the stock reacted very positively and we are hoping to be able to announce initial results before the end of the year. Oil is at $33.23 per barrel and natural gas is trading at $7.25 mcf. Natural gas recently traded in New York to a nine-month high on speculation subfreezing weather in the U.S. Midwest and Northeast will erode stored reserves needed to prevent shortages on the coldest days. Prices are up 56% in the past three weeks -- that's greater than the entire gain for the 1990's. This is great news for MSEV as our revenue will increase with the higher prices of commodities. When you consider the prices of oil and gas are right up near years highs, this would be a great time to start collecting revenue from a new source of oil and gas production." MSEV is an emerging oil and gas company that has both oil and gas producing properties. MSEV's goal is to become a mid-range oil and gas producer that focuses on the exploration, discovery and delivery of gas and oil to the North American marketplace. MSEV currently has eleven independent sources of oil and/or gas revenue. MSEV's production is from nine oil wells in Canada, of which MSEV currently has the largest working interest of any company involved in this project that trade exclusively on the OTCBB, and two wells producing both oil and gas revenue in Texas. MSEV is currently involved in three separate multi-well oil and gas prospects, and we continue to look for additional projects that would contribute in building market capitalization. If you have any questions, please call MSEV at 604-646-6903. If you would like to be added to MSEV's update email list, please send an email to info@micronenviro.com requesting to be added.

Commercial Success Anticipated on Micron Enviro Systems' Ima #2 Well in Texas VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Dec 24, 2003 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Micron Enviro Systems Inc. (OTCBB:MSEV) is extremely pleased to report that the operator has informed MSEV that the frac on the Ima #2 Well in Palo Pinto County, Texas has been successfully completed. The well is currently flowing back the frac fluids and preliminary flow rates should be available within the next few weeks. The operator believes this will be a commercial well. Infrastructure is in place for the connection to a pipeline and the operator is expecting the well to be hooked up for gas sales within three weeks.
The Kinder #1 Well in Jack County which was drilled prior to the Ima #2 Well is scheduled to be fraced in mid January.
Bernie McDougall, president of MSEV stated, "It is great to hear from the operator that they feel this will be a commercial well. Over the near term we will discover if we have another field to add to current production. This would give MSEV revenue from 3 separate oil and gas fields consisting of 12 independent producing wells. We feel there are few, if any, companies trading at the same level that MSEV is at, which have similar production and the future prospects that we do. We are very excited about the next few weeks and the upcoming year. We are currently still a small company, but we are clearly on our way to achieving our long-term goal of becoming a mid-range oil and gas company."

Thought I would bring it back based on news. I have a small position on this one. maybe it will finally start moving....
Business Wire - January 08, 2004 08:06
VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Jan 8, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Micron Enviro Systems Inc. ("MSEV") (OTCBB:MSEV) is extremely pleased to report that it has been informed by the operator that testing on the Ima #2 Well in Palo Pinto County, Texas has been successfully completed. The well is successfully producing oil and gas. The well flowed as high as 701 mcf of gas per day and 252 barrels of oil per day. The well is now being hooked up to tank batteries for oil sales and to the flow line for gas sales.
The Kinder #1 Well in Jack County, which was drilled prior to the Ima #2 Well, is scheduled to be fraced in the third week of January.
Bernie McDougall, president of MSEV stated, "This is great news for MSEV and its shareholders. This is currently the best well that MSEV has been involved in. These results bode extremely well for the testing of the next well later this month. This new field for MSEV could end up being our best source of oil and gas revenue for many years to come. When you consider that oil and gas prices are trading near year highs as well as historic highs, this is a very profitable time to be putting our best well to date on line. Oil is trading at $33.56 a barrel and gas is trading at $7.75 per mcf. This was far better than we were expecting on this well and we are extremely excited about the future of MSEV. This now gives MSEV three completely independent producing oil and gas fields consisting of twelve separate wells.

I'm with you. As I said, I have a small position on this one. I will probably take profits 1st chance I get (unless it takes off). Others will probably do the same. I just want to see it move. Hardly any vol to this point, so it will be interesting to watch this morning. I am still a newbie, so I want to see as many scenarios as possible. CESY has had big vol/gains and finally news vs. MSEV no vol/No gains and then good news.....
