Nice pick Mach.....a few things I want to contribute and comment on.

The Market Indication is showing this stock is postive for short, medium, or long term stock. Thats is definently great news.

At the same point it says the support is at .11, yet the bid is .105 unless the .105 is rounded up to that figure. If it isnt, wouldnt you expect maybe some sort of small decline before a possible break occurs. Resistance is .13, but doesnt appear to be very strong. In my opinion whether it will go to .40, it seems unrealistic.

Im ALWAYS learning though, so please correct me if im wrong.

Hey Mach, don't worry about having too many questions. If you talk to Howard, you will find that he is very talkative. Unfortunatly I wasn't prepare to have small talk with him about the Chinese economy, so I was really caught off guard by everything he was talking about.

If you use that list of quesitons I'm sure you can get them all answered one way or another, you'll find he is easy to talk to and seems like a nice guy. Anyway Goodluck and I hope we gets lots of info on this company tomorrow

g'night!

Wallstreet... First... You are talking pennies here... Yes you might be able to get in at .10 or .105... Sometimes I'm impatient with bottom-fishers... Use your best judgment. I remember last week when denjohn was stating "I think PGHI will be in the .02's tommorrow" and I said... Listen it's at .03 and is strong and will run... He said... "well I'm getting in at the .02's..." I said well there is much more upside than to wonder and worry about where the botom is exactly... Within 48 hours it ran to .049 and he missed the boat... That was an 80% upside loss because he wanted to save 5% on the bottom. So regardless of where you get in... it's your choice... Also... as far as a breakout... .40 will happen assuming all things stay the same... no news and an anticipated merger... no this will not happen overnight... but believe me... I do know what i'm talking about... The ascending triangle formation will be complete soon... it could take a few weeks... as it gradually moves up to .19... you will see a final break and a dramatic move beyond resistance... You will see .40 within only a few days after the breakout occurs... Once again... this is not a one day move... or so... it will need to gradually move up and down for a short period of time until it gets up there and then it will breakout... If a merger is completed here... then we are talking $'s not cents. mach

Keep in mind:

There is not a

1 Billion Float here...
100 Million Float here...
10 Million Float here...

It's only 8 million... which means when it moves... the moves will be much more dramatic... mach

Well... if it works out... it will move around for a few weeks... hopefully you can still get in as it is now trading near .10-.11 which I believe is likely the floor... As long as you don't end up chasing it later... you will be ok. Believe me... I've traded this already for a 200% gain and 100% gain... When it begins to move up... It does dramatically... and it's very difficult to pick up shares... I believe the final run will send this one through resistance and into a new trading range. mach

Here's a list of question I hope to have answered very soon... I will call later this afternoon and post the results on this message board. Please feel free to develop additional question for additional phone conversations with TTXI. mach

1. When was the last time you were in China with respect to completing the Merger?

2. Have we reached a final stage with respect to the Merger with these two Chinese Media companies?

3. How close are we to wrapping the merger up? Days/Weeks/Months

4. Do you think it will be complete by Christmas?

5. Are you running into any difficulties?

6. When do expect to release another PR updating shareholders with respect to the status of merger talks? Days/Weeks/Months

7. Why "Chinese Media?"

8. How did you learn about these companies?

9. Why are these Chinese companies interested in merging with an USA company like Telco Technology Inc.?

10. Are the Chinese companies excited about a possible merger?

11. Can you explain in more detail the type of media you are referring to as we are now talking about possibly two media companies?

12. How strong is the Chinese Market for this form of Media?

13. How would such a merger work with a US company?

14. Is it necessary to develop a business plan as you would with a new company and if so have you started the planning process

15. What are the various steps you need to go through to complete such a merger? What kind of questions need to be answered yet?

16. Do you think the current US situation with China regarding Taiwan might have an influence on your merger?

Wow, now that is a truly comprehensive list of questions.

Are you planning on going through each one right away, or are you gonna ask a few of them for each time you get in contact with him?

Well... according to Moose... I might be able to have a pretty thourough discussion with Howard... but I will be looking to talk to the Pres. A few questions each times seems appropriate... but I'll try and get as much out of them as possible. mach

Mach...You definently do raise some good points. Considering .105 & .11 are relatively close in support.

According to OTCBB.COM
>In May 2002 the Company and Screenphone.net agreed that they would not proceed with the proposed business combination between them. Rather than acquiring Screenphone.net, Inc., the Company altered its plans and intended to seek to acquire another company that has revenue and cash flow.

Therefore the merger will definently increase the PPS. Also something which is excellent as far as the company background is...there arent many shares Outstanding

VVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVV

Authorized Shares:200,000,000
Outstanding Shares:21,854,944

^^^^^^^^^^^^Postive^^^^^^^^^^

After researching moe, even if you trade this stock strictly on Technicals you will be in good standing.

I do think a nice PR would increase this after the PPS rises w/o news

Yes and there is only an 8 million public float. When they only considered the merger with screenphone... the stock did hit .40 cents... plus. mach

Looking today at my software it tells me ...On Volume Balance is increasing, Chaikin Money Flow is also increasing (over 0), Chaikin A/D Oscillator is already in the land of Accumulation, Stochastic Momentum Index is at -12.9231 but supported by Stochastic Oscillator that has turned from bellow and looking up at 66.66, MACD is over 0 with BUY SIGNAL and DMI is also in BUY territory. This is supporting the General Bullish pattern.
