Hey Rick, hi from Marlboro...my broker called today to tell me about the same thing should happen in a couple of weeks,She said they got CMI as a large lot and now have to distribute it to share holders.
I can't hardly see CMI being worth something . . . If CMKM is worth 0.0001$ and CMI is half of CMKM, then it should be 0.00005, which is impossible . . . Could they make a reverse split right off the bat? I know all metal companies are going crazy, but who would buy CMI shares . . . I own 5M of them, but I still think it's worthless . . . What d'ya think ?

I think that if CMI has any value at all it is something for nothing to all the shareholders who hold it and that cant be a bad thing. there are only half as many shares of CMI as there are of CMKM and there could be a R/S on it soon after the IPO but Im not sure what UC is up to with CMI. Just remember folks that it was free and if you can sell it UC is giving extra value from your CMKM shares. Rick

If we know the number of CMI shares that doesn't necessarily tell us how many CMKM shares are out there because only share holders of record got the CMI shares. In other words there is not one CMI share out there for every 2 CMKM shares, to my understanding. Am I wrong?
