United Micro Group Purchases 1000 Viper Networks vPhones and Option for 11,000 Additional for International Distribution

SAN DIEGO, Dec 12, 2003 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Viper Networks Inc. (OTC:VPER) announced today that United Micro Group, Inc. has purchased 1000 Viper Networks vPhones for immediate deployment and an option to purchase an additional 11,000 vPhones within 180 days, to attain exclusivity for certain countries throughout the Middle East.
United Micro Group, Inc., a seven-year-old systems integration company based in Tustin, California, implements new technology in growing market segments and has key contacts throughout the Middle East.
This agreement sets the stage for Viper Networks to establish a larger international customer base and increase revenues through the ongoing repurchase of calling minutes. The Company believes this will create another predictable revenue stream in a rapidly expanding market segment where cost effective calling options are in high demand.
