It's not fluff. It's for real. As soon as they lock in the big Government Contract, it will reach 1$. That's for sure. Time to accumulate guys. At 1$ it will be to late. Have faith and know what you hold.

I'm still in TFCT, waiting patiently for PPS to take off.
This reminds me of PRVH last year when I knew I had a winner but it took so long for it to move. Then when it finally did, it went from .04 to .38 in about 2 months.

Press Release Source: 21st Century Technologies, Inc.

21st Century Technologies Retains TechVision21 to Team With Perennial Strategy Group
Thursday April 22, 8:30 am ET

LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 22, 2004--21st Century Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB:TFCT - News) announced today that it has retained TechVision21 to identify federal research and development funding opportunities for advanced product development. TechVision21, working closely with Perennial Strategy Group and building upon its successes, will initially focus on acquiring research and development funds for the next generation of its patch technologies.
"We believe that our patch technologies - including our current ProMag and SeaPatch devices - offer unique leak resistance necessary to meet today's war and terror challenges," explained Kevin Romney, President and CEO. "Congress has been impressed with the holding power of our current technology, and we're now turning our efforts to research and development needed to further improve the technology and create the next generation of products, thereby opening supplemental product markets.

"This expansion marks the second phase of our federal efforts," he added. "We are pleased to work with TechVision21 on this effort."

21st Century Technologies is executing a federal relations plan to introduce decision makers to its subsidiary companies and their technologies. TechVision21 will coordinate closely with and complement the efforts of Perennial Strategy Group, which focuses its efforts on the appropriations process.

TechVision21 is a global technology strategy firm that leverages business, technology and government expertise to help organizations pinpoint and secure federal research and technology funding. The effort will be led by the Honorable Kelly Carnes. Ms. Carnes previously served eight years at the highest levels of the federal government, first in the White House, and later, as a trusted technology policy advisor to four secretaries of commerce. She has led numerous presidential and cabinet-level science and technology initiatives. As a presidential appointee, confirmed by the U.S. Senate, Ms. Carnes frequently testified before Congress, represented the United States in negotiations with foreign governments, and served as a liaison to, and advocate for, the technology business community.

ProMag and SeaPatch devices are magnetic patches capable of sealing any type of leak in any size. The devices can be used on large and small circular punctures, jagged tears, or even bullet holes to avert disasters that are natural, accidental or caused by acts of terror. These patches are manufactured by Trident Technologies, a wholly-owned subsidiary of 21st Century

21ST CENTURY TECHNOLOGIES OUTLINES SUCCESSION STRATEGY AFTER PASSING OF CHAIRMAN/CEO

LAS VEGAS--(PRNEWSWIRE)--April 21, 2004--21st Century Technologies, Inc. (OTC:BB TFCT.OB) today announced the Company's succession strategy after the passing of Chairman and Chief Executive, Arland Dunn, who died on April 19 at the age of 65 following a prolonged illness.

The Board of Directors has appointed Larry Bach, a director and the Corporate Secretary, to serve as the Company's Acting Chairman, and Kevin Romney, who had been serving as the General Manager, to serve as the Company's new Chief Executive Officer. The Company also announced the addition of John Dumble, Vice President of Business Development, to fill the vacant position on 21st Century's Board of Directors. Detailed information regarding the changes in management will be set forth in a Current Report on Form 8-K filed with the SEC.

On the changes, the Board issued a joint statement reading, "Mr. Dunn was an outstanding leader, businessman and friend who will be dearly missed by everyone associated with 21st Century Technologies. Our thoughts and sympathies go out to his family at this difficult time. Mr. Dunn successfully navigated the Company through its transition to a Business Development Company, the infusion of over $5 million of private placement financing, and the recently announced net profit for fiscal 2003. He made a lasting mark on 21st Century Technologies, and his leadership was an integral part of the Company's recent growth."

The Board's statement continued, "We are confident in the abilities of Messer's Bach, Romney and Dumble to continue Arland's legacy with a successful transition and even greater performance in the future. Mr. Bach, who received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Texas and Juris Doctor from Southern Methodist University, has been the Company's Secretary since May, 2002 and business advisor and consultant to Mr. Dunn since 1995. Mr. Romney, a certified public accountant who previously worked for Ernst & Young, is an experienced entrepreneur who has been the Company's general manager for the past two years. Mr. Dumble is a seasoned investor and business man who has been the Company's V.P. of Business Development for the past 18 months." 21st Century Technologies is a Business Development Company pursuant to the Investment Company Act of 1940. 21st Century has ownership in several investment portfolio companies, including Trident Technologies, Inc., which manufactures high-technology magnet-powered patching and sealing systems, Innovative Weaponry, Inc., maker of low light and no light tritium-powered gun sights, the Miniature Machine Corporation, manufacture of precision adjustable gun sights, Paramount Multiservices, Inc., a telemarketing firm and PrizeWise, Inc., a web-based marketing system which is being readied for a near future launch

Thanks, Dudley, for the IH and IESV mention.

TFCT has HUGE potential, imo. I'm getting all lathered up. lololololol.
I got out of TFCT to get more of Intrepid. Hoping for a POP next week on IT so I can get BACK in TFCT before IT starts. lolololol
That make sinse??? he he.
So much opportunity...so little funding!! hahahahaha.

hey DB you're "lathered up" and my teeth are chattering lol. sold my iesv back in feb when it wouldn't fly off into that blue sky. impatient i guess. promised myself i wouldn't touch it again unless i could get it for .06 or until it hit a new high of year on heavy volume. still like the company a lot though---one of the very few subs I'd even think of holding long term. Maybe it's my impatient nature, but I could see tfct popping before iesv does. why do you see iesv strong this week? TIA

Welllll, ahem, uhhhhh, lolololol.
I just like IESV REAL well. I am long on it. That last news, Aq. of the gas refueling station, was absolutely HUGE!! I have NO clue as to why there was little reaction to that.

You MAY be right as far as TFCT doing the POP before IESV, that's why I'm a tad nervious. I MAY go ahead and move some change from Intrepid to TFCT. However TFCT has also traded sideways in the .03s itself.

I'm a BIG fan of 21st Century, don't get me wrong, but I've held long only to over think and sell mere days before a huge move, a couple of times. lololol. I'd hate to do that again here.
My crystal ball has clouded over since the Rule 3370. Predicting the MM moves has become a tougher call. It might be best to hold what I have and just hope for the best.

May 7 is the kick off date for prizewise, my news alert on TFCT is set incase of an announcement, and TFCT's on the realtime streamer, believe you me!!!! It'll be interesting to say the least.
I'd like to see BOTH run to the moon, even if I miss one or the other.

Hi DB,
Just curious what news alert you use that you can set just for certain companies like that. I'd love to get that. Thanks.
