Black Dragon Announces Plans to Apply to the Nasdaq Over-The-Counter Bulletin Board Thursday December 8, 9:00 am ET
AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 8, 2005--Black Dragon Resource Companies, Inc. (Pink Sheets: BDGR - News) announced that it intends to become a fully reporting company and to apply for listing on the Nasdaq Over-The-Counter Bulletin Board. The Company is currently interviewing accounting firms so that it can prepare audited financial statements. After the audit is completed, the Company expects to file Form 10-SB with the Securities and Exchange Commission to become a fully reporting company. The Company is also in the process of completing an updated reserve report, in order to comply with SEC reporting requirements. ADVERTISEMENT
