Hey i found about these various companies reading atricles or scouring web for certain technologies. Wanted anyones opinions or if they are watching them too. some are cheap, some are in 2 dollar range.
NMKT.OB they look to have experienced really really (did i mention really) good growth. at least based off revenue and predicted revenue growth. Based on what i see they take 'emerging technology' companies (VOIP, homeland security, RFID) and spin off the companies when a markatable product is made. Have relationships with Sun, cisco, microsoft. I stumbled on them looking for Voice Over I.P. companies like Vonage, 8x8. I think they do something unusual for a small stock... will give dividends and shares of stocks they will spin off. at .39 cents 52 week low now. Can anyone look at least at their yahoo financials and tell me if it looks good.
anyway other stocks to follow i like:
NNVC.PK nano-tech/pharma. devel stage company. making nano-'viruses' that attack HIV,Herpes,bird flu. HIV drugs are expensive and could make decent money but looks pretty dam new. They claim looking for pharma licensing in 2006 and retianed legal counsel/forms to move to OTC. but i use this a pure hype bet, people see the word NANO in a company and will go wild hehe.
FORG make money off suing people hehe. they own the rights to a photo image compression format which many use is what i think. so if u use a dig camera, scanner, or software they might wanna take their cut. they also filed to sue the BIG DVR/Cable companies as they claim to own the patent to record while watching tv. Lotsa money in bank but not sure about revenue. suing/being sued by microsoft now. [also make 15% of revenues selling enterprise scheduling software.]
COR pharma company recently in news for making a drug candidate that keeps test scores for a person without sleep for 36 hrs in the same range as a normal person. Military might look into teir stuff for soldiers. have a ADD drug in FDA stage i think.
ABT.V canadian company that dell, gateway ibm all signed to put their product into the hardware of laptops and also subscribes people to use their software that tracks stolen computers. if a laptop gets stolen, and person reports it. the next time the laptop goes on internet even if wiped computers hard drive, can locate where it is and police will actual work with company to bust em and get your product back. can sign up education industry / companies with important info on their computers. IF a laptop is stopen and confidential info on there, they can even send a signal to it and wipe the computer be4 them chinese hackers(no offense hehe) take our corporate secrets.
SFE good insider buying, heh not really any logic based on this pick.
EGHT (or VOII.OB) another VOIP company. hoping for a buyout (MSFT recently bought a VOIP company) as it wont have as many subscribers as Vonage when that goes public. seem to have alot of cash in bank but revenues still small.
companies i dont like as much but am watching:
NWKI.OB was looking into companies doing wireless isntalls since my hometown city of philly is looking for a wireless mesh, san fran has started to talk about it. This company is too small to get those deals. but is started to get Educatinal sector and small cities looking to get wireless meshes built.
PHFB.OB make software infrastructire for wireless ganbling. as more devices like cell phones and PDA's get big, wireless sector of gambling industry is expected to grow and most of largest websites like goldenpalace.com have signed onto them. Not sure though about US laws. like how they know a girl didnt go on your PDA and make a bet. stock seems overpriced right now.
UDTTE.OB work with NASA's JPL lab to make bio/chem attack detectors/alarms.
NANS.OB nano company but no products really in works. i compare the 1st company i mentioned nano-viricides to them as they ctually seem to be looking for licensing on tangible products in pipeline but its 1/8th price of this company.
NSOL.OB nuclear solutions. country is starting to re-think using nuclear as a option for energy. they have patents on things to clean up nuclear waste, Nano-Mems patents not sure on what, and a way to detect nuclear material which is shielded.
i shoulda invested in ASTM(stem cells) when it was at .60 a share but i chickened out. have a trial for spinal chord i think at the moment. but these things take results that lasts years. maybe wait and buy at 1.75 if goes down ever. GERN is the big player here and has been buying alot of intellectual property and STEM and ASTM seem to be number 2/3. i think ASTM stil ahs chance to potential.
OBDP.PK they have franchise ebay drop off stores. u go in drop off items, and they sell it for u if u r not computer illiterate. make a decent % (OVERPRICED hehe) cut of the take. had a big down turn this month but bounced back 100% early last week.
UQM a bit expensive but make hybrid car engines?
if anyone has anything to say about these picks/growth for the companies, it would def help me when i decide to invest asi wanna pay off my college loans . My fav ones i am thinking to invest in are NMKT.OB and NNVC.PK
