Finally, IMJX has dropped from .12 to .08 per share. We found out that a large shareholder was recently forced to sell his position and we believe the selling is completely over. His loss is our gain, and we still believe IMJX will make a huge short-term move higher. We still have one more week for this stock to move up to make our 30 day deadline.
NO NEW TRADER’S CORNER PICKS AT THIS TIME

March Focus Stock Update
ImageXpres (PK: IMJX)
News Alert: 1:31 pm EST Thursday, September 8:
ImageXpres To Announce Major New Product for Medical Imaging Market; Audited Financials Through Third Quarter 2005
ImageXpres started off like one of our best stock picks ever. IMJX rallied as much as 400% within 30 days of our initial profile back in March. Then, in mid June when IMJX retreated to about .17 per share, The Green Baron Report believed the pullback was way over done and a bounce would soon occur. The bounce was short lived, and the Company failed to deliver significant news during the summer.
By no means did ImageXpres go to sleep. Our constant communication with the Company has convinced us that that the real move up is about to start. Although our forecast has been premature, the announcement yesterday reveals a heartbeat and we believe it is just the start to a fantastic year end rally.
CEO John Zankowski is more excited about the future of ImageXpres than we have ever heard. There are just too many topics to discuss at this time, so we are going to plan another interview with Mr. Zankowski for later in the month. Our 30 day Trader’s Corner pick on IMJX expires tomorrow, so we will call this one a break even with the stock still trading at about .13 to .15 per share as it was a month ago. We still expect IMJX to start its climb very soon. Please check out the press release below issued yesterday. This company is definitely going places.

These are MM signals. 100 > I need shares 200 > I need shares badly but dont take it down to get them. 300 > Take the price down to get shares.... 400 > Trade it sideways based on Supply and Demand 500 > Gap one way or the other, usually to the direction of the 500 trade. Sometimes -if in the middle -keep the price right where it is.

ImageXpres Corporation (OTC: IMJX and/or the Company) is a digital imaging, software development, and printing company founded in 1999 and headquartered in Rochester, NY. Through a full suite of applications and products, IMJX is currently positioned to capitalize on the rapidly growing $50 billion digital imaging/information and on-demand print industries market, primarily via internet-centric e-commerce solutions and IP broadband telecommunications channels.
ImageXpres offers an ever-expanding family of unique, custom-designed photographic-quality printed products for commercial and consumer applications. Additionally, as more firms will require multimedia services to promote, advertise and operate their businesses in the global online marketplace, ImageXpres is now developing and selling a portfolio of new digital imaging and communications software services.
These products and services will be globally marketed, sold and distributed over the internet via www.ImageXpres.com. Augmenting the internet-based business model will be a network of ImageXpres Centers and free-standing imaging/print Kiosks that offer consumers convenient customer service and order fulfillment. The ImageXpres Kiosks are all broadband connected, creating a WiFi gateway for mobile phones, PDAs, and notebook PCs, thus supporting a wide range of business services in addition to the primary imaging applications. Furthermore, IMJX Kiosks are differentiated from the standard photo kiosks prevalent in consumer photographic retrial centers, providing large format prints up to 24” x 36” size, as well as color laser output for business documents.
Since its inception the Company has added a branch office in Piscataway, NJ, where its software development division is located. This group is focused on software solutions development, and commercialization of specific ASP e-commerce solutions, providing ImageXpres the ability to rapidly and cost-effectively develop custom applications with a focus on vertical imaging/printing markets. Furthermore, IMJX is now entering the dynamic high growth IP market with an eye towards integration of its imaging capability.
The Company has provided the basis for an image telecommunications platform that promises a range of new (ASP) hosted business applications and revenue streams. The Company's internet-connected iPrint Kiosks, and Medical Imaging solutions systems are just two exciting opportunities being developed by IMJX.
The Company is poised for significant revenue and earnings growth in the commercial imaging and printing markets, and select vertical, image-intensive market segments like medical imaging.
The Digital Imaging Market
The market for “on-demand” custom printing and multimedia services is booming! Over 20 million digital cameras were shipped in 2004, adding to the already existing base of 50 million. More than 12 million digital camera phones were sold in 2004, a number that is expected to accelerate in coming years. It is evident that many consumers have switched over from traditional 35mm film cameras but it has been shown that they still enjoy having physical prints of their photos and are willing to pay for the convenience that kiosks can provide.
This is just one component of Print on Demand, a market that exceeded a combined $75 billion in 2004. Additionally, the larger info/imaging market is growing rapidly as well, expected to exceed $200 billion by 2007. Overall convergence of digital image, data, and voice applications will accelerate in 2005, resulting in new broadband (tele) imaging applications by 2006 and beyond.
While sales of digital “input” devices are increasing dramatically, digital output options remain limited – consumers can only view images on a computer screen or television, or print them with an inkjet printer. This creates an excellent opportunity for IMJX to fill this void with their superior imaging centers and kiosk products. The market for these “on-demand” order fulfillment and printing solutions is still in its infancy; should ImageXpres successfully implement their business plan and emerge as the market leader they will have a noticeable time and development advantage over their competitors, especially when factoring in the benefits provided by the Company’s IP and connectivity product solutions.
IMJX’s Imaging Industry Positioning:
Digital Imaging & Information services encompass full-color photos with text, graphics, sound and full-motion video, and are covered by ImageXpres in the following product categories:
• “On-Demand” Printing and Publishing
- Advertising Brochures, Reports, Business Cards
- Custom Wall-size Color Posters and Signage
• Personal Imaging and Design
- Digital Photo Prints, Postcards, Enlargements
- Personalized or Stock Giftware Products
• Electronic Retail/Shopping/Internet Services
- Commercial/Residential Window and Wall Décor
• Graphic Design, Web Design, ASP (hosted) Software Services
IMJX is well positioned in every one of these of these product/market categories, each with a large growth potential. Increased demand for these services and products will result in rapid revenue growth and improved profitability. Highlighted products/services can be seen below.
Digital Retail Print Kiosks: The Company manufactures advanced digital imaging kiosks that are designed to take advantage of the growing market for “on-demand” printing services. These kiosks are intended for placement in retail and commercial locations and are able to handle a full range of print sizes, formats, and designs. IMJX configures and manufactures kiosks, and also outsources certain models from noted suppliers such as the award winning Pixel Magic Imaging, Inc (www.pixelmagic.com). The Company will incorporate its IP solutions in with the kiosks; creating a powerful imaging center that can be used to access IMJX’s other off-site services for generating additional revenue for owner/operators. Average realized revenue from the sale of these units is expected to exceed $25,000 each, with additional revenue streams coming from service fees, product supplies, and wholesale fulfillment services over the life of the kiosks.
Medical Imaging Solutions: The ImageXpres Medical iPrint Kiosk is an interactive digital imaging/print platform that provides a range of output print options for physicians, hospital staff, patients and consumers. The “on demand” print capability of the ImageXpres Medical iPrint Kiosk includes extremely high quality (color laser) paper prints of medical diagnostic and referral imagery.
IMJX has plans to bundle its multimedia product solutions in with the kiosks, creating a revolutionary product that will not only give medical professionals in the same hospital wireless imaging and voice connectivity, but will also allow them to cost-effectively connect to colleagues worldwide
IMJX supplements the iPrint Kiosks with its Print Solution One, a medical imaging solution that incorporates a print server, Aycan medical software, and a Xerox M24 printer, producing “near x-ray film” quality images on plain paper at cost reductions of up to 90% compared to film images.
IMJX has previously selected Strong Value Group (Weston, FL) as its exclusive US distributor of ImageXpres Medical iPrint Kiosks and Print Solution One units. Impending sales contracts are expected to be announced first quarter of 2005.
