Need alittle help, I have searched for a reason for this stock to decline by 58%in one day. I can not find any news on this stock to support the fall. It has traded in the .80 to .90 range for more than a year.It might be a player depending on why it sank so quick.closed at .39 friday.

Have you checked, thoroughly, all the filings? A recent case with similar questions comes to mind: PNDR, charts, usual DD looked good but price drop could not be explained. Purl Gurl found evidence of price manipulation in order to allow an insider to buy shares cheaply...

Did some more DD and did get an answer,thanks. seems that POCC and rio vista are sister companies and both depend on another company for thier income.And they have not gotten any buisiness from them in the last month for reasons unknown at this time.they buy and ship liquid petroleium gas. they have a promisary contract so to speak but none the less no transactions in the last month. they talk about at the worst case Bankrupsy,hence the drop in both stocks. I did not realize that rio vista the sister company of POCC is just down the street from me. I will check out what they are eating for lunch in the next couple of days and post it here.Thanks for the response.

Don't quote me, but I believe the drop in value also has something to do with suspending the dividend. May be worth watching the next couple of days for a rebound.
