RCOV yesterday showed some nice buying. It's a low floater, approx. 500k in the float. Moves well with buying pressure. They continue working on the Carbon Recovery Corporation (CRC) acquisition, which is huge.

CRC's technology for extracting oil, steal and hydrocarbons from tires and plastics is very much needed.

But that's just the tip of the iceberg..

That is what has my interest - Tar sands/oil sands and oil extraction from those.

Some very good information on tar sands is available here - http://www.wired.com/wired/archive/12.07/oil.html

Additional info on Carbon Recovery Corp - http://www.carbonrecovery.com/News.html

They are ready to go, just waiting on this acquisition to finish as they need to be a public company to finalize the deals with the states.

Very interesting technology, we live in a finite resource world and this is could be a viable alternative. Watching this one, do you know the float?

The float is approx 500k.. BID ut again today.. Carbon Recovery removed the notice about looking at other OTCBB companies to merge with, so that may be an indication we'll see a PR about completion this week (imo)

This looks really good except that there are only 2 MMs anywhere near the bid. I just started looking at this a few minutes ago. Anyone see this going to $1.00? Anyone have any ideas why the other MMs are joining the bid?

It tapped $1.01 last week. And is currently on a pullback at $0.84. Still looking for that acquisition news as activity recently would indicate it may have leaked some.

RCOV
authorized, 3,869,521 issued and outstanding - September 30,2005

and 668,026 issued and outstanding and tightly held. March 31, 2005

Was going to merge with Carbon Recovery Corporation http://www.carbonrecovery.com/News.html which has a process for turning tires etc into oil, but it would take a lot of time for the company to start producing revenues and even that is not certain, so RCOV instead merged with a gold company with excellent chances of making money and that may not be that far in the future. Plus how many gold companies do you find with such a tiny float. In the next few years the price could explode.

JERSEY CITY, N.J., Dec. 1 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- RECOV Energy Corp. ("RECOV" or the "Company") (OTC Bulletin Board: RCOV - News) announced that it has secured the services of a new Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Stephen Parent, with more than twenty years of experience in the mining and exploration industry to lead the Company's entry into this sector. Mr. Parent's hands-on approach will bolster the Company's intended mission of identifying and developing good exploration projects with the plan of bringing the best ones into production.

Mr. Parent, was previously the Founder, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of GoldSpring, Inc, a publicly traded precious metals mining company that operates the Plum Mine located in Nevada's Comstock Lode near Virginia City, NV. Plum is a cyanide heap leach operation currently producing gold and silver. Parent discovered the Plum acquisition in September of 2003, closed the purchase on October 28, 2003 and commenced construction of leach pads and preparation for mining by November 18, 2003. By March 2004, after a severe Nevada winter, the Plum commenced mining and initiated loading of mined material on the newly completed leach pad. There are over 450,000 tons of gold and silver mineralized material currently under leach and producing gold and silver continuously.

Mr. Parent has managed the exploration and development operations of several Junior Public mining companies in the United States and Canada. Prior to founding GoldSpring, he served as CEO of Ecovery, Inc., a private company that had two significant mining projects which are now owned by GoldSpring. Mr. Parent is also the founder and President, CEO of Aztech Environmental Industries, Inc. More detailed biographical information will be included in an 8-k that will be filed regarding Mr. Parent's joining the Company.

Anyone have any thoughts on RCOV now? I bought 200 shares a few days ago. I am new at this, but if you look at the 20 & 200 day MA it appears as though they are about to cross. GOLDEN CROSS?? Any ideas or opinions on this would be greatly appreciated.
