i'll jump in so you don't have to talk with yourself...AZGS has a solid business plan, and recent positive activity:

However the drilling of new wells, and the initiation of fracing on others, does not really deserve a short term run-up. The benefits will likely be reaped within a year...so yes it is a great investment to hold, but I am not so sure about day-flipping it...
