Galaxy Minerals Announces Continued Financing Talks for Up to 4 Million Dollars in Funding From a European Lender Wednesday March 23, 10:00 am ET
LAKE VILLA, Ill. and SANTA CRUZ COUNTY, Ariz., March 23 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Galaxy Minerals (OTC Bulletin Board: GAXY - News), today announced that talks are continuing throughout this week for up to 4 million dollars in capital funding. Galaxy Minerals has been in talks with a European Finance Organization by the name of Epic Quote. Galaxy is currently negotiating a 4 million dollar finance package needed primarily to get its Peru gold properties into Phase I exploration & drilling stages as well as further the exploration of its Oatman and recently acquired Bonanza properties.
President/CEO Matthew Symonds remarked: "Galaxy has been in talks with this group for a couple of weeks now. While we are working to come to an agreeable finance deal with Epic, we are in no way putting 'all our eggs in one basket.' We are working with United States financiers and funds to obtain the best deal with the smoothest terms of repayment. We have an obligation to our shareholders to get the 'right' kind of money."
The company hopes to finalize details relating to a name change shortly.
Continuing Galaxy Project Updates:
Yellow Jacket & Phoenix Mine: Galaxy is currently making the final preparations to bring this mine in to production. Obtaining the correct permits for mining and getting the final data back from the labs is ongoing.
Culebrillas Mine-Peru: Galaxy Minerals has people on location and will be tendering for a planned intensive drilling program. We hope to see drilling take place in the later half of this year.
Oatman/Lexington Mines: Craig L. Parkinson of Parkinson Geologic Services was dispatched to do preliminary plotting, mapping, and rock chip sampling from the 7 patented mines. After this stage is complete, Parkinson Geologic Services will be conducting a review of the other 76 parcels of property we have on the claim block in and around Oatman Arizona.
Bonanza Project: This project is our latest acquisition with approx. 5000 acres of land. The project is a disseminated gold project that will require drilling and sampling across a vast area of the acreage. The company may take bids from drilling and /or engineering companies in order to expedite the exploration process.

I'm not worried about groups pumping this... every stock that is releasing news regularly and has a dividend issuance near is going to be pumped by someone. The group hasn't been very successful pumping this thus far as the pps hasn't risen substantially.

Listen, all penny stocks go on "pumps" or a push by someone, or they would not be pennies anymore the thing is THIS was NOT a group SELL, it was way to fast and furious and why in gods name would a GROUP sell at .15 area when it was in the .21 area when the rise started? they would be losing money. The one positive I took away after the drop was that it resumed the slow and steady upward trend. Just hope it continues without any further drops.

GAXY looking better! - A very nice GIFT at these levels, after it was brought down hard yest. by MMs....they tried to shake, but I'm in and holding, and will likely grab more here in teens.

If I could buy more I would too... unfortunately I out of purchasing power at the moment and avg. at about .225. I'm feeling a lot better right now though, the prospects are looking better again. Slow and steady gains...

I would expect it to bounce back since its at the 52 week low basically. It might be a few weeks before it hits high teens...low twenties...but the chart history shows great potential for the bounce.
I would guess seeing this stock being around $0.40 by August-September...giving the fact that the drilling will be in place and revenue will start coming in.
