Does anyone know what's going on with OWENQ.OB? I'm thrilled that they're climbing, but there seems to be no good reason for it. I'm at the point now where I'm trying to decide where to get off this train, but I'd like a little info, instead of just guessing. Anyone know what's causing this run?

I've never researched this stock, so I wouldnt be able to make a guess. But as far as I know, any stock that ends with "Q" means they are in bankruptcy proceedings -- and usually the stock ends up with its trading halted, gets delisted from the exchange, and the old shares become worthless and the stock resumes trading under a new symbol with new shares. So dont be caught holding it on that date, whatever it is....my instinct would be telling me to take my money and run. I'm sure someone wiser than I would be able to advise you better..

Good move dieselmh. This company has almost a bil in litigation for asbestos suits not to mention they can't be trusted to far. Last I heard and only heard mind you was they wanted to do the kmart thing and cancell all outstanding stock to come out of bankruptcy. I work indirectly for OC good company but they do the dumbest things. Oh it was up by the way because they finely had a good qtr. IMO
