With 20 million shares being offered in public offering at .80 why is this stock trading as high as it is? Look for it to fall as much as another quarter before it levels and it may reach the .80 that the public offering is going for. Longterm this may be good stock but they must find a way eventually to make a profit. The expected 14 million dollars they plan to obtain through the public offering wont cover their losses for a year if they continue to do same things.
