Neftegaz owns 8 buildings, comprising about 50,000 square feet. The property also includes 600 meters of railroad tracks that can be utilized for transportation of flammable materials. Neftegaz has the permits and authorization from Russian Federal and local agencies for the construction of a 30,000 cu. ft. LPG storage facility, which will be the first and only private LPG storage facility in the southern part of Russia.
