Sparky doesn't know whether it's takeover posturing, aggressive short selling, or both; but TIGR shares have sure been artifically beaten into the ground over the past 20 sessions.

From mysterious trades before and after hours to big block sales timed so as to wreak havoc, Sparky's seen enough tape painting here to gag a maggot!

That being said, Sparky thinks TIGR shares around 40 cents are the best buying opportunity we've seen in months and will probably ever see again.

JUST WATCH WHAT'S ABOUT TO HAPPEN!
