VIENNA, Va., Mar 31, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- H-Quotient, Inc. (HQNT, Trade) announced that the Company has achieved its announced objective of becoming debt-free by the end of the 1st Quarter ending March 31, 2004. Only ordinary monthly payables and a few small claims remain on the books, which means that total Company indebtedness (short term and long term combined) is now less than $50,000. This will be reflected in the Company's quarterly earnings report due on May 15, 2004. The Company's annual earnings report is due on April 14, 2004.

H-Quotient Signs Largest Contract in its History

VIENNA, Va,--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 11, 2004--H-Quotient, Inc., (OTC Bulletin Board: HQNT - News) announced the signing of the largest multi-year contract in its history. The Company finalized the contract with a large HIPPA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) compliant medical service and record storage company to distribute PhysicianQuotient to its customers in New Jersey and New York.
Recurring revenue from this contract is estimated at $900,000 to $1.8 million per year.

This and other significant contract negotiations are involving substantial management time. As a result the year-end financial statements scheduled for release this week may be delayed for a brief period, in which event the trading symbol will be temporarily changed to HQNTE.
