Global Diversified Industries, Inc. Modular Division Experiencing Immediate Impact From California's $12.3 Billion School Bond Passage.

CHOWCHILLA, CA, Mar. 04, 2004 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) - Global Diversified Industries, Inc. (GDVI) focused on the modular building industry with emphasis on the education market, reports that California school districts are wasting no time in initiating their classroom space needs for this year, after the passage of Prop. 55 (Kindergarten University Public Education Facilities Bond Act worth $12.3 Billion) by voters on March 2, 2004.

Global Diversifed Industries, Inc. Chairman and CEO Phil Hamilton states: "Both modular subsidiaries, Global Modular, Inc. and MBS Construction, Inc. have received a substantial influx of inquiries the first day after the bond passage. School districts are requestiong pricing for the gamut of our design capabilities including relocatable classrooms, classroom wing additions, day care facilities, on-site relocation and demolition along with a variety of other facilities related projects." Hamilton said, our quote activity for this period is drastically higher compared to the same period a year ago, however, many districts have emphasized their enticipated projects were contingent upon passage of Prop. 55.

Hamilton said, this much-needed bond passage will allow many school districts in dire need of campus improvements, especially pertaining to additional classroom space, to receive monies for implementation of their modernization projects sooner than later, and in many cases, much later. Hamilton said that "in order to efficiently service our customer base state wide, we are currently reviewing our manpower needs with strategic planning on hiring additional sales, engineering and factory personnel, along with project managers to assure reliable service in every facet of the customer's modular construction related project."

Anbody care to collaborate? Anybody with iformation about this company would be appreciated. I'm thinking this stock is ready for a bigger upswing. Just my opinion.
