Do NOT buy this stock at this time.

Consider adding this stock to your watch list.

My opinion is this stock is slightly inflated
in value, currently, because of "pumping"
over at the Silicon Investor board. Those
boys will buy on a sneeze. Prices have been
artifically inflated by those boys.

Wait for at least a ten cent per share drop
before considering purchase, keeping in mind
I could be wrong; prices might not drop.

CREB - Champion Parts

This is a company displaying good potential
for future stock profit. Earnings are up
and losses are down. They are operating in
the black ink, this is, a profitable company.

Revenue is generated through remanufactured
auto parts, specifically carburetors, small
parts and new expansion into air conditioning.
Otherwords, they are a wholesale auto parts
supplier for retail stores.

Carburetor sales are down as expected with
a significant number of cars now employing
fuel injection systems. Carburetors are now
mostly found on pickup trucks and larger
trucks. There is a niche in this area for
older cars and classic cars. Prices for
rebuild carburetors are increasing because
of low supply. However, this is a diminishing
marketplace, but may remain steady for a time.

Rebuilt air conditioning parts, this branch
is doing pretty good. Technology has not
changed over decades and there is a good
market now for rebuilt "R-134" systems with
those now approaching ten years of age.

Here are some 10Q snips:

Total Assets

Year 2002 24,380,000
Year 2003 24,605,000

Cash On Hand

Year 2002 156,000
Year 2003 193,000

Total Liabilities

Year 2002 14,406,000
Year 2003 22,298,000

Long Term Debt

Year 2002 10,770,000
Year 2003 2,194,000

Net Sales

Year 2002 19,172,000
Year 2003 18,169,000

Operating income

Year 2002 392,000
Year 2003 1,214,000

Those stats are a mixed bag of improvement
and some increase in liabilities. Please
read their latest 10Q for full details.
Be sure to read their 10Q completely.

I am concerned about their significant
increase in liabilities but encouraged
by their much lower long term debt.

My projection is CREB will fall from its
artificial high of 1.30 to 1.20 over the
next eight to ten days.

My opinion is to add this stock to your watch
list for now, make no purchase. Price is a bit
too high right now because of those SI boys
being in a feeding frenzy. They will lose
money in the short term.

I have some concerns because this stock began
falling in late October which is well before
the late November and December market fall.
However, this could be a result of decreased
consumer spending overall in keeping with
CREB's revenue fall of about one percent.

Technicals show a potential for a flat line
or leveling off, after a several month fall
in prices. Currently CREB is in a high wave
indicating this is not the time to buy. This
"possible" flatline might be a new support
level bottom. Time will tell.

Should this stock hit 1.20 or lower, start
paying more attention to its direction in
prices. A flatline or up trend, would be a
positive signal. Continued down, wait and
watch for a period of time.

Financials are fairly good, increasing sales,
decreasing losses, black ink company. Demand
is relatively constant and their new branch
in air conditioning, should prove positive.

Watch closely for now with being ready to
purchase on more positive signals concerning
the overall direction of stock prices. It
is not quite possible, yet, to determine
if new bottom support will appear or if
this stock will continue to decline.

I truly do not know, right now, if this
stock will rise or fall. It is at a very
critical trending point. Be sure you heed
what I have written here.

This is a wait and watch stock. Do NOT buy.

Mine is an opinion which may or may not be
correct. You might make money, you might lose
money as well. Do your research and make very
careful decisions. Never buy nor sell based
solely on my opinion.

Yes, I even spend time on Christmas day
researching stocks; money is a motivator.
