Synergetic Technologies Prepares to Move to OTC-BB SALT LAKE CITY, Feb 6, 2002 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Synergetic Technologies Inc. (Pink Sheets: SYGE) announced today that the company will prepare as quickly as possible to move to the Bulletin Board.
The purpose of the move will be to increase investor security and to also provide a stronger platform for future activities. The move will be either through a merger into an existing company or through the filling of a form 10 application with the SEC. The company has at this time received an offer from a fully reporting company and management is looking at the best way to accomplish any transaction that may be forth coming. The primary concern to management is the ability to continue forward with the current development and test track for ICU Security Systems(TM) and also shareholder protection.
Shareholders should be aware that any movement to the OTCBB will only be done with their interest in mind. The company is preparing audits and will retain attorney's upon the competition of the audits. The form 10 process can take as long as 180 days from start to finish.
