Yes attended the Van gold show and stopped by their booth. NCV has several properties in BC and the most promising could be the INDI which is optioned to PNL/MTB at the Silver coin property in Northern B.C. Also have the advanced moly property at Lucky ship. Not a bad time to buy and not much downside here IMHO

New Cantech Ventures names Chalcraft for IR

INVESTOR RELATIONS AGREEMENT

New Cantech Ventures Inc. has entered into an investor relations agreement with John Robertson Chalcraft carrying on business as ProActive Communications. The terms of the investor relations agreement include the monthly payment of $2,500 per month plus GST (goods and services tax) and the grant of options to purchase 50,000 shares of Cantech at the price of 20 cents per share for a period of five years. The options vest over 12 months in accordance with the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange.

The investor relations agreement and the grant of stock options are subject to the approval of the exchange.
