Dear MicrocapFeed Subscribers,

First, we’d like to thank all of our Level 2 beta testers for their fantastic feedback. You have helped us to modify our product and make it the absolute best, cleanest and most comprehensive Level 2 montage available today!

The good news…. Level 2 IS NOW READY and will be officially launched and available to all subscribers as of Tuesday June 14, 2005.

Level 2 Service details:

1. The Level 2 service will cost an additional $20 per month (cost of Exchange Fees). This means that current Allstocks subscribers who pay the discounted monthly fee of $79.95 will now be paying a monthly fee of $99.95.

Non-Allstocks subscribers will pay the full subscription fee of $99.95 plus $20…totaling $119.95

(Note: MicrocapTrade has kept its promise that it would not increase the monthly subscription cost of the service with the addition of Level 2 quotes. The $20 additional cost is strictly the obligatory Exchange Fee that we must pay to Nasdaq for each Level 2 user. There is no "administration fee" tacked on as is done by other providers).

2. Level 2 subscribers will only be able to view ONE Level 2 screen at a time (but as many Level 1.5 Quote/Chart Montage screens as desired). The Level 2 capability will be increased to a maximum of 4 screens running at the same time, at a small additional cost.

If you are a current subscriber to the MicrocapFeed Individual platform and would like to upgrade to the new LEVEL 2 service, please call us toll-free at 1-866-620-1303 or send us an email to service@microcaptrade.com (must include your UserID, first name, last name).

Warm regards,

MicrocapTrade

Got the chance to trade with the MicroCap Level II today. Compliments around. My only comment is that it kinda sux you can only have one screen open at a time, when you can have mulitple regular quote/montage screens open. Great job though! Fits right in to a great all around platform.

Your wishes are our commands hlniv. As of Monday you will be able to view 4 screens at a time...at a small additional cost. Full details will be released tomorrow via email and on this thread.

Enjoy the weekend.

Got an email today saying the L2 fee had been doubled to $40 / month to allow the 4 screens at a time. That's not what I call a "small additional cost." Multi screen capability is not worth double the service fee. I would really rather only pay the $20 / month and see one screen at a time. How about giving us the option, 1 screen for $20 or 4 for $40? I'm sure some people would pay the $40 for 4, just not me. Also, it says I am not "entitled" to view another L2 screen right now. I'm a little confused.

CLARIFICATION:

We apologize but we need to clarify erroneous information that was mistakenly sent out in an earlier email by our Billing department.

1. The option of ONE Level II screen is still available at the cost of $20.00 per month.

2. Subscribers now have the option of UPGRADING to FOUR Level II screens at a cost of $45.00 per month.

Again, we apologize for the confusion. Please contact us if you have any questions at 1-866-620-1303.
