Anyone having a problem this morning with the filters on otccharts? usually when you run them after hours, it still finds something but i filter anything. Another thing was that the quote montage shows no % changes and 52hi and low arent working.Anyone else experiencing these probs? this started happening yesterday...??help!

Yes the same thing was happening last night. I could only get historical prices to come up but then it didn't work later.

yea it is on realtime, i noticed that the the data does show up but i have to keep refreshing. i think it may be a java problem, like ontheair said. I'll look into it.thanks guys

Don't know if it means anything but my Realtime streamer was messing up from Ameritrade also. I reset everything and it seems to be working fine. I think it may have been an electronic market problem. I was getting bids higher then ask ect. But after restarting everything seems the problem is gone.

Everything but news is working now....hmmm wondering how much money people would NOT lose if their OTC charts program didn't work the first 15 minutes of the trading session..........

YES! it works! i reinstalled java and restarted... Thanks! you guys literally fixed my problem in 20 min.. i truly apprecaite the quick responses.

at first my top 400 was not showin' real time then no filter's worked and now there is no news........and i missed some big plays already this mornin'........just venting!!!

sorry to hear, do you already have latest version of java? if you dont install it, its much faster. i just did so few minutes ago

You all need a little computer adjustment. First you need to make sure you have the most recent java....see above. Next, click on "start", "control panel", "internet options", then on the tabs along the top, click on "advanced". Scroll down just a bit and make sure the box that says "Reuse windows for launching shortcuts" is UNCHECKED. Then on the bottom right, hit "apply". This is an intricate system so you must make sure you have all your most recent critical updates for windows. This will straighten you out. Also, if you open everything at once, arranged the platforms to all fit on your monitor at the same time as I have explained how to do in earlier post (to minimize and maximize at your convenience), the speed issue will clear up. Also, make sure you are emptying your cookies regularly. Keep the computer tuned up. I can help you ream it out later if you wish. Think about it though. Massive ammounts of info are flowing into your system with this site. If your system is not up to snuff......it can't handle the flow. Now, (without asking) someone is currently using my otccharts and I am giving them one minute to get out or I am gonna take my ball and go home. Then I'm gonna put an IP trace on your ass and fry your chit. Poof....puff of smoke in front of your eyes.......45 seconds left.

Make sure when you download new java, you click on icon and open to allow java to conform to desktop.

uuh.......why do dozens of people all of a sudden need new java....java is working...my other streamers are working..it an OTC prob....apology probably coming.......I don't mind....this is only first hour of a 5 day trading week....chill.

Download the Microsoft Baseline Security. It is a scan engine that will tell you what your system is lacking and how to fix it. Actually take you to the site needed for adjustment.
