This was halted this morning pending news. Took a small position @ $.75 as it tanked when it opened at 10:30am. Might be a good time to take a position here....there is some dilution as they are adding shares to the float but ECGI they stated the reason for doing this was for additional capital for acquisistion of additional company to add value to ECGI shares. So I'm in with a small position lets see where it goes from here.

Just to add the dilution is 14.3MM shares or 18% of the float. Stock was $1.02 before the news. They're raising 11.72MM in US money for this offerring $.82 per share US. Seems like a sensible buy @ it's current level of $.75 ish so I'm in based on that.
