found on another board--this was email from STSI IR------------------------RJ Reynolds did file its opposition to our motion on August 24. We have reviewed the document and our counsel feels that a reply is not necessary. We have notified Judge Garbis by letter that the motion now is fully briefed and awaits his decision. We certainly hope that he will act promptly on this decision one way or the other, so that we can proceed.
