Something big is up here - first volume in 3 months and up huge. Float is only 22 million and 7 million traded today. Pinksheets.com was recently updated confirming float and O/S shares.

Rumors of multiple PR's and uplisting soon - price is only .0036 with a 22 mil. float. Looking for .05+.

-CDIV .0045 Chart getting close here. 197M OS/40M Float. Share Buyback coming soon too. Fair value places CDIV at .014~ No multiple. Going to be a fine multi penny play.
