wonder if Schwab is short PRM? When I tried to get a quote it said on schwab--trading has been halted--lol--it said that yesterday when I bought too

it has to do with the way NYSE lists the $1 stocks. you can't get the quick quote on schwab for these but you can get the expanded quote
