First American Scientific Corp (FASC - OTCBB) announces US Patent Office has confirmed allowable subject matter in our patent application "Recovery of Fuel from Biomass" which will result in the granting a new patent for the KDS biomass processing system Monday June 16, 11:26 am ET
VANCOUVER, June 16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - Mr. C. L. Kantonen, Chairman of FASC is pleased to announce that we received confirmation today that our US patent application for the "Recovery of fuel and clay from biomass" contains allowable subject matter, meaning that we will be granted a new US process patent for our KDS equipment to cover the conversion of biomass to alternative green fuels.
ADVERTISEMENT According to Brian Nichols, President of FASC, "this is a major breakthrough for us to receive confirmation that our process is unique and innovative in creating alternative fuels from biomass. Our patent attorney is now preparing the documentation for final submission with the expectation that the new patent should be issued within 60 days. The same application is now before the patent review board in Malaysia where similar approval is expected."
