Wall Street-Based Firm to Execute Comprehensive Investor Outreach Program
Eastern Environmental Solutions Corp. (OTCBB: EESC) announced today that it has retained Informed IR as its investor relations counsel. Eastern Environmental Solutions Corp. provides non-hazardous urban waste ("UW") disposal service, non-hazardous UW processing and environmental engineering consulting services in the northeast regions of the PRC.
Informed IR will provide EESC with a comprehensive investor outreach program to introduce its compelling investment story to a broad range of targeted potential investors, with the goal of increasing liquidity of EESC's U.S.-traded common stock and significantly enhancing EESC's shareholder value.
