OCTL bb stock closed above it's 20,40,50 day MA. Rsi looks good, sto looks good and the volume is there in my opinion. I have played it the past twice at support but this time it's not at support. I checked it out on a whim and I'm trying not to do BB's anymore but it looks great to me. Anyone care to give an opinion.
