Sorry all for GNVC. I trade and do very well but had missed something while doing my analysis. So here is a stock that i promise will do well.

ASHW

My Target : $10.00
Price picked : $8.47

Great Cashflow levels

BOOK VALUE: $7.84

3.7 days for shorts to cover.

Market cap only 122 Million. Company has 13.3 million in operating cash flow and 5.3 million which is 5% of the companies worth alone.
Together they are 16% of the company.

With a current ratio of 2 this shows the companies strength to turn profits and minimize debt. This company is clearly growing.

In revenue per share alone they are bringing twice their PPS. IF they can find a way to minimize cost, this sports apparel company can take off.

The CEO only takes a pay of 3K a year. Do you know what this means. That he is filthy rich and keeps reinvesting his money back into his stock.

"In November 2005 Ashworth announced that it is exploring a possible sale or merger of the company." (quoted from Hoovers)

Could be interesting becuase from the looks of it, there hasn't been any talks since then.

Chart is showing positive money flow and candlestick patterns are showing buy signals. The Gain to loss ratio for the 200 day moving avg. exactly at 1%. Showing support for more than 200 days is positive indicating people are buying in for the long term.

The only way this stock can tank is if short sellers pile in, with brokers allowing them to borrow shares.

With a new director on board that spent 30+ years in the retail industry from Macy's to Dicks sporting goods, shows his affluent knowledge in this market. Sure to see new ideas and restructuring take place.

Actually im wrong. There are a total of 350,000 shares short. With an avg. volume of 55,000 shares traded a day. it would take about 6.7 days for all the shares to be covered which means that if all shares were covered on the same day this stock could be a $11 stock easy.

For future reference, be careful how you word things. Saying "3.7 days for shorts to cover" makes it sound like they have to cover in the next 3.7 days or there will be some consequence.

The volume in this stock is superlow but is a gift for anyone looking to trade volatility. But yet this stock is strong enough for big buys and sells without causing a wider spread in offers. Any type of momentum will push this stock much much higher than anticipated.

4 white candlesticks in a row all week. shows strength in this stock and that the buyers are real and the manipulation is temporary.

You gave up too soon on GNVC. It held support and reached resistance today. Look for it to drop back down to around 3.82, but if it holds there look for it to break out in the next few days. So, keep watching GNVC it might be a winner by Fri or Mon. My pick for tomorrow if you want one though is ASTI.

And this ASHW looks bad as far as charts go it just broke under its support today on higher volume than yesterday. I didn't read everything you had to say about it, but as far as technicals go, I see this one going down man.

Oh, ok...i getchya now--i thought you were referring to a "known pattern," indicating bullish behavior...

Gotta take a pass, here, also: don't see any indicator-agreement suggesting near-term stength on a 6-month chart...

good luck widdit, though

I saw a couple people talk about indicators, and I think I only saw one response that went a little more in detail, "it just broke under its support today on higher volume than yesterday" and that's very helpful, but can you guys tell me what are some other key indicators, or things that you look for. I'm not defending this pick b/c I don't plan on taking a position just trying to learn more. Thanks

Thanks Tex, those last two links helped out a lot, the first one however will take some time to decipher, but when I do I'll know I'm there.
