''Horrorween'' Goes 3-D with Stereo Vision Friday March 30, 9:00 am ET
LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--STEREO VISION ENTERTAINMENT INC. (OTCBB:SVSN - News) announced today that they have joined forces with Adirondack International Pictures, Inc. (AIP) to produce "Horrorween 3-D". "Horrorween" (www.horrorween.com) has a fully funded production budget of $10,000,000.00 (source: www.imdb.com). Approximately $1,000,000.00 has been spent to-date on pre-production. The deal calls for Stereo Vision to provide its 3-D film production team, and be the lead theatrical 3-D distributor. Stereo Vision's principal partner "Baywatch" co-creator Doug Schwartz, has been appointed Executive Producer. Stereo Vision is to receive 50% of the net earnings of "Horrorween 3-D." ADVERTISEMENT

(OTCBB:SVSN - News) announced today that its Chief Executive Officer, Jack Honour, has converted $150,000 of his audited cash loans to the Company, into 500,000 SVSN restricted shares at $.30 per share. Each of the following five Stereo Vision key men will receive 100,000 share bonuses personally from Honour. Baywatch co-creator and Stereo Vision's Head of Productions, Doug Schwartz.
