ok so specialize in arbitration in court cases...contracts and that kinda stuff...first time I've come across a penny stock company which does that kind of thing. Anyway a good point to get started is their website..TONS of news releases. Here you go:

I think this is going to break $0.40 on Tuesday. Since that sounds somewhat ambitious (though anyone who has seen this move before will understand why it's possible)..so I added it to my watch list and will be watching Tuesday morning for signs of a runup, and if it starts moving towards the $0.30's then I'm in.

trade04, those "Risk Factors" you cut and pasted from one of their filings is the same as pretty much any of these other turds we play. And if only it was that easy for the company to get people to buy their stock...
I think the reason for the current momentum on this stock is something else. At this point I'm not even speculating.
Keep your eyes on the prize: I predict a move past $0.40 and will play accordingly.
Just my opinions

trade04, I'm not living under any illusion of CLIK being a solid long term investment or anything like that. With all due respect, I don't think you're getting my point: Despite the filings you're pointing out, the stock still made a big move on Friday, did it not? Are we sure that it will NOT move on Tuesday? NO, because you and I don't know the future. That's why we have something called a watchlist, we put it on watch and see if there's momentum before we decide to trade it. If it makes another say 100% move like it did on Friday (which is easy for this stock due to the low float), then I see a lot of potential to make money on a daytrade. And I don't know about you, but personally I would like to take advantage of the oppurtunity and make some money. Because a profit is a profit. That's all I'm saying.

I think trade04 is saying watch out for the fact that it's more than likely a front loaded pump and dump, and to be careful to not get caught in the unavoidable dump.

Pcola, that's not what trade04 said, he was talking about filings, so I don't see how you interpret his post like that.
But regardless, why is it so difficult for me to get my point across on this thread? As I said before: what really matters is: is this stock going up tomorrow or not, and can we ride it on the way up? Any apprehensions can be put to rest by simply watching, and waiting for it to run before actually jumping in. As I have said before, that's what I'm going to do. Because if it actually starts to go up with momentum, and one can trade it on the way up and make some change, then all this bashing about bad filings, no business or pump and dump doesn't really matter.
Look, I know you guys mean well here, but so far every penny stock I've found which starts to move up out of the blue has been criticized as having no business, bad business, sucky filings or a pump and dump or some other reason not to trade it. If I had listened to the naysayers then I wouldn't be able to trade 99% of these turds and the ones I did trade would be going nowhere.
CLIK isn't exactly going to $1.00 anytime soon, but if it breaks $0.40 tomorrow, which looking at Friday's move I think it can, and I manage to buy and sell higher at some point, I'll be happy. I'd rather trade a stock which makes big moves within one day than one which makes a small move in a few months. Just my opinion.

By the way, don't take it so personally when someone points out downsides with a stock. One of the good things about this board is that people are willing to talk about the plusses and minuses of a given stock (in most cases). Too many other boards ban people for putting out negative info, when that's a necesarry piece of info.
You were saying you were trading the momentum and trade04 seemed to me to be saying (and yes, you're right that I was apparently interpreting it differently than you are, but that's why it's an interpretation) play the momentum, but be careful, they have no business, so this is not running on anything other than some kind of group play.
if he didn't post that, some people may have bought thikning there would be some news or something, and possibly ended up being bagholders later.
I think we all try to loook out for one another here, so don't get offended when someone tries to show both sides.

It's climbing back up though. The shake down is over. In my opinion people (including myself) are holding for possible reverse merger news now. And why is that? Well did you notice that they increased the AS from 25 million to 300 million? I think that means that they are close to a deal. The new shares are for the new owners to take control, hence the increase in the AS.
