The 'Double H' Sword: H3 and the HipHopGamingLeague Join Forces to Take the Cybergaming Industry by Storm

Last Update: 9:37 AM ET Feb 2, 2007

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla., Feb 2, 2007 (*********wire via COMTEX) -- With video gaming taking over living rooms internationally and the economy by storm, two emerging forces in the cybergaming industry, H3 Enterprises, Inc. (Pink Sheets:HTRE) and the HipHopGamingLeague, have officially joined in a strategic alliance.
The partnership combines the HHGL's celebrity gaming network and tournaments with live broadcast duels between HHGL and H3 celebrities on H3's premiere product, H3TV; the first and only LCD screen uniquely designed to support the ultimate gamer. H3TV is the only flat screen boasting dual console integration for simultaneous split screen viewing -- play Xbox and PS3 at the same time!
HHGL (hhgl.com) and H3 (h3inc.com) will kick off Super Bowl weekend with celebrity hip hop artist, gamer and HHGL commissioner Snoop Dogg vs. New York Yankee Johnny Damon at the Miami Charity Battle. Several champions from the 1985 Chicago Bears Super Bowl Shufflers will also be taking on many members of this year's wannabes. All proceeds will be donated to the charity of the celebrity gamer's choice.
Next Stop: Las Vegas, Nev. -- HHGL Season 2 All-Star Weekend Finals will take place Feb. 16th in Las Vegas at the Hard Rock Hotel, hosted by BET and H3TV, and promises to be one of the most celebrated events of the weekend. This event coincides with the release of H3's new white tea energy drink, "BG7", named for and marketed in conjunction with Chicago Bulls rising star Ben Gordon.
From Spike TV to BET, Vibe Magazine to TNT, the HHGL and H3 will be seen linking up to give the world the best in Cyber Sports entertainment. The HHGL's exploding membership base combined with H3's revolutionary LCD flat screen has attracted the finest athletes and entertainers the world over to participate in these must-see battles, with all winnings going to their favorite charities.
The Hip Hop Soda Shops, H3's flagship fast-food restaurant opening in St. Petersburg in partnership with Tampa Bay Super Bowl Champion Warren Sapp, is perfectly positioned to become the 'IT' spot for gamers. Healthy food, star-studded merchandise, 44 H3TV flat screens with the best in gaming competition, music videos and live sports action, along with live battles between the brightest stars on earth, are among the many attractions that will make the HHGL and H3 the hottest home for the hip hop generation.

I'm too cheap to buy one...i look at the stockcharts one

but I also have the list of every single OTCBB stock that exists.

I don't know how many symbols my scottrade can handle but im seriously going to add every symbol I can from that list. that way i will never miss any big news from an OTCBB stock.

Ben Gordon and H3's "BG7 White Tea Energy Blast" Set for 7-Eleven Debut

ST. PETERSBURG, FL--(MARKET WIRE)--Feb 9, 2007 -- With the launch of H3 Inc.'s (Other OTC:HTRE.PK - News) BG7 energy drink ready for All-Star Weekend in Las Vegas, it comes as no surprise that nationwide convenience chain 7-Eleven has opened its doors to welcome a new face in the world of energy drinks. The BG7, a white tea-based energy drink named for Chicago Bulls star Ben Gordon, will be available in many 7-Elevens as well as a wide variety of stores throughout his game town as a result of H3's joint venture with Cooper Tea and Gordon's growing popularity across the Windy City.

The BG7 was introduced at One-Sixty Blue, a restaurant co-owned by Michael Jordan in the heart of Chicago, 6 months ago and the overwhelmingly positive response ignited the fire for H3 Inc. to work with Ben to bring the best possible product to the market. Ben's perfectionism along with the amazing marketing and promotional opportunities available to BG7 throughout All-Star Weekend has led to one of the more timely debuts ever made. The massive appeal of Energy Drinks to athletes, video gamers, and busy professionals, as well as their exploding popularity as mixers, continue to make Energy Drinks the runaway fastest growing segment in the entire beverage market.

Going into business beyond basketball is something Gordon wants to do in a big way. "I definitely want to -- after I'm finished with my life on the floor -- be able to veer off into different business opportunities," he said. "At a young age, this is a good way to start off. Growing up, I've always watched guys like MJ, Magic [Johnson]. I realize that's very important in a young athlete's life, so I try to model myself after those guys. Hopefully, the same kind of luck will follow."

And luck does follow this young athlete. Many don't know that like Michael Jordan 20 years earlier, Ben was the 3rd round draft pick for the Chicago Bulls; he's already begun to follow in the footsteps of one of the best athletes and businessmen in history.

Newly elected Board Chairman for H3 Inc., Keith Chutjian, states, "The developments of the past few weeks signify H3's mission to promote a unique, expanding suite of products and services through a campaign that is dedicated to community consciousness and growth."

In conjunction with H3's recent partnership with the HHGL, the BG7 will "energize" all celebrity tournaments and championship games in their second season including the "Hard Rock Tourney" on BET and Kenny Smith's "Celebrity B-Ball" on TNT. This just in, H3TV and BG7 have just been added to the Jamie Foxx "Unpredictable Tour After Party" Friday Feb 16th with a performance by smash-single hip-hop artist "Rich Boy." That's 3 events in one day to date. With over a week left to All-Star tip-off, there's no telling where H3 Inc. and its entourage of products and celebrities will appear.

H3Inc. and "BG7" Partner With Cooper Tea for an All-Star Combination
Thursday February 15, 2:05 pm ET

BOULDER, CO--(MARKET WIRE)--Feb 15, 2007 -- Premium tea company, Cooper Tea, has announced a Joint Venture Agreement with H3inc. (Other OTC:HTRE.PK - News) that will immediately introduce Cooper's healthy tea-based beverages to the Hip-Hop community. H3 is the first publicly traded company dedicated to the Hip-Hop culture and lifestyle.

The H3 partnership represents the latest of Cooper Tea's innovative products and partnerships. BAZZA High-Energy Tea, the company's new green tea energy drink, was recently selected as the official high-energy sponsor for USA Rugby. It is the only zero-calorie high-energy tea on the market.

BAZZA is available in 7-Eleven stores in Las Vegas and throughout the country. Cooper's new Joint Venture with H3inc. will enable H3 to utilize the Cooper Tea distribution network while anointing Cooper the official Tea of H3's "good4u" fast food entertainment restaurant chain, the HipHopSodaShops, scheduled to debut in St. Petersburg next month.

"We are excited to begin working with H3, a company dedicated to designing best-in-class products for the Hip-Hop community. Together we believe we can develop, distribute and promote beverages that bring all the documented white tea health benefits into the community. We'll develop drinks with flavor profiles designed especially for this exploding market -- that also have healthy side benefits," explains Cooper Tea Chairman Barry Cooper.

H3's "BG7 White Tea Energy Blast," marketed in conjunction with Ben Gordon and being launched at the NBA All-Star 2007 in Las Vegas this weekend, will be supported by the new partnership. The Joint Venture is next expected to develop and launch White Tea "Slush" and Soda Lines specifically targeted for the Hip-Hop Generation.

H3's board chairman Keith Chutjian says, "Our new relationship with Cooper Tea greatly strengthens our foundation in this market and is an excellent step forward in our bonding relationship with Ben Gordon and the NBA All-Star 2007 release of BG7."

Beverages are just the latest expansion of H3's innovative product lines for the Hip-Hop consumer. The company's first product to hit the market is H3TV, the first LCD flat screen truly customized for hardcore gamers. H3 and Ben Gordon are donating cases of BG7 and a fully loaded H3TV System at the Kenny Smith celebrity basketball gala being televised on TNT, Friday, February 16.

Cooper Tea Company manufactures premium tea products and sells them through its distribution networks in select markets across the United States. Cooper Tea CEO, Barry Cooper, is a classically trained Tea and Herb Master with 40 years of experience in these dual areas. Visit www.coopertea.com and www.bazzatea.com for more product and company information.

H3's New Chairman Keith Chutjian's "Message to the Shareholders"
10:19a ET March 6, 2007 (Market Wire)
H3 Enterprises (PINKSHEETS: HTRE) -- "I want to thank each and every one of our shareholders who have shared in our heartaches and rejoiced in our achievements while patiently waiting for the Dream to become reality. This year's NBA All Star Weekend has presented us with the most propitious backdrop imaginable for the launching of two breakthrough products that we believe will capture the imagination of the entire Hip Hop Generation.

"I became a major shareholder of HTRE at the beginning of last year and have increased my holdings substantially since. I am flattered and quite proud that Brian (Peters) and George (Lois) have given me the opportunity to make history of our own and help bring their absolutely brilliant business model to maximum fruition.

"Once our store prototype is completed, we should be rolling out plans for SodaShops in conjunction with some of the biggest names in sports and entertainment. The launch of BG7 and H3TV are being introduced to the marketplace in a strategic effort to familiarize our target audience with the H3 product line leading into the opening of the Warren Sapp HipHopSodaShop.

"Our new websites and business activities represent our total focus on detail, structure and, most of all, results. We will be supporting our business endeavors with a management team that has the experience, creativity and track record to maximize shareholder's value while being a shining beacon within the community.

"While many roles and faces will be changing, our mission and message remain the same; giving the Hip Hop Generation a place to call their own while creating ongoing social and economic empowerment by generating investment, jobs and educational opportunities throughout communities across America.

"I want to take this opportunity to thank Warren Sapp, Juelz Santana, Ben Gordon and everyone associated with Team H3 for their unselfish dedication and for making H3 a highly attractive investment vehicle for elite athletes and entertainers alike. We have literally just begun to scratch the surface in this area and look forward to many of the greatest athletes and hip hop stars in the world aligning themselves with our emerging young company."
