After further review I don't think this goes up much more.

Possible major retrace.

Wonder what caused the spike? It's seem to be bouncing a little up and a little down the last few days.

China VoIP & Digital Telecom, Inc. Subsidiary to Offer VoIP 400 Call Service for China-Based Businesses

Monday January 8, 12:11 pm ET

New Product From Jinan Yinquan Technology Co., Ltd. Offers Savings Through Shared Costs Between Caller and Receiver

HENDERSON, Nev.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jinan Yinquan Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of China VoIP & Digital Telecom Inc. (OTCBB:CVDT - News), today announced it is working in conjunction with China Tie Tong, one of China's leading telecom companies, to offer VoIP 400 call center service numbers for businesses located in the People's Republic of China.
"VoIP 400 service is ideal for a wide variety of businesses that are interested in sharing the cost of inbound customer service calls," said Li Kunwu, president and CEO of China VoIP & Digital Telecom Inc. "The VoIP 400 numbers offer a 50% percent savings over traditional 800 numbers for businesses that use these customer service numbers and Jinan Yinquan's VoIP technology. These savings are the result of the cost of using a 400 number being shared between the caller and the company receiving the calls."

Jinan Yinquan, a technology company that offers VoIP services in the People's Republic of China, has been developing telecommunication solutions for China's burgeoning Internet industry for more than half a decade.

"Our 400 service can be quickly set up and organized even for trans-regional entities," said Kunwu. "A set of uniform telephone numbers can be allocated to one business, even if it has branches in different regions."

Jinan Yinquan Technology Co., Ltd believes that with the low rate and easy network setup throughout various regions, VoIP 400 service will become a preferred choice for business users.

Jinan Yinquan's proprietary NP Soft Switch IP telephone system enables users to access Voice over the Internet Protocol (VoIP) services allowing customers to use the system to make telephone calls to anyone in the world at a much lower cost than standard telephone rates.

Jinan Yinquan currently services three provinces and 19 cities with Shandong Province its primary base of operations. Short- and long-term plans call for the expansion throughout China.

The company works in concert with China Tie Tong, one of the six largest basic telecom operators in China with 31 provincial branches and 316 municipal branches. It employs approximately 72,000 people. China VoIP & Digital Telecom, Inc. Subsidiary Acquires Chinese VoIP Company to Significantly Increase Revenue

Acquisition Strategically Positions Jinan as a Major Player in the Chinese VoIP Sector

HENDERSON, Nev., Jan 12, 2007 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Jinan Yinquan Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of China VoIP & Digital Telecom Inc. (OTCBB:CVDT), today announced it has acquired Hangzhou Zhongfang a Voice-over Internet Protocol Services provider based in the Zhejiang Province. The acquisition will expand the Company's reach into Zhejiang and other southern provinces in the People's Republic of China.
Under the terms of the agreement, Jinan will acquire existing VoIP infrastructure from Zhongfang to facilitate future VoIP sales and services in the Province. The acquisition will also provide a platform for Jinan Yinquan to develop and expand its VoIP business in adjacent southern provinces.

Jinan Yinquan, is a rapidly growing technology company that offers VoIP services in the People's Republic of China.

In addition to producing and distributing VoIP hardware, Zhongfang also provides VoIP phone services in Zhejiang Province primarily to telephone cafes in 4 cities in Zhejiang Province. According to Li Kunwu, President and CEO of China VoIP & Digital Telecom Inc., this new agreement formalizes an existing working relationship between the two companies.

"We have been working with Zhongfang for over three years," said Kunwu. "They were an ideal acquisition candidate for us to expand our market into Zhejiang Province which has a population in excess of 50 million people with per capita disposable income growing at a rate as high as 10.4 percent annually. We are also big proponents of the Internet cafe concept and Zhongfang has established a solid base of business in this burgeoning market segment. We anticipate this agreement will significantly increase our annual revenue but is also a significant step forward in our nationwide expansion plans."

Prior to this acquisition, Jinan Yinquan has been servicing three provinces and 19 cities with Shandong Province its primary base of operations. Short- and long-term plans call for the expansion throughout China.

The Company's proprietary NP Soft Switch IP telephone system enables users to access Voice over the Internet Protocol (VoIP) services allowing customers to use the system to make telephone calls to anyone in the world at a much lower cost than standard telephone rates.

Jinan Yinquan recently announced its new electronic fax system for enterprise business customers in partnership with China Tie Tong. Available across Shandong Province, the electronic fax service is an Internet-based fax solution that will enable enterprise businesses to send and receive faxes using existing email accounts. Unlike traditional faxing, electronic faxing is convenient, cost-effective, secure, integrated and automated.

China Tie Tong is one of the six largest basic telecom operators in China. The company, which has 31 provincial branches and 316 municipal branches, employs approximately 72,000 people. I got a 12 page "brochure" in the mail this weekend from Switzerland touting this stock. It's the first non-e-mail "recommendation" that I've ever gotten. It's well put together, and due to the size and fact that it's coming from Switzerland, I'd imagine was done at a decent expense.

I'd be careful with this one, you may see some more runup, but obviously the people pumping this will be looking to get out soon.

I got the flyer a month before I even bought the stock. It took me 2-3 weeks to even look at it.

The flyer is well done and does say advertisement but without it I would have never even noticed the company and would have missed the nice little $1.00 per share gain that I'm up so far.

China VoIP & Digital Telecom Inc. Introduces Revolutionary WiFi VoIP For Cellular Devices
Jinan Yinquan Technology Co., Ltd. - a wholly owned subsidiary of China VoIP and Digital Telecom Inc. (OTCBB:CVDT) - today introduced to cellular subscribers the added ability to make calls using Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), connecting via any available wireless fidelity (WiFi) network.

The new service will mean subscribers can save money on long distance calls using VoIP. In addition, callers using the WiFI/VoIP service will not pay roaming charges outside their home area.

"Our WiFi/VoIP cell phone supports dual SIM cards," said Li Kunwu, President and CEO of China VoIP & Digital Telecom Inc. "One is for the VoIP number, the other is for the common GSM/CDMA cell phone network."

In addition to savings on roaming fees, Mr. Li added, "Calls between WiFi/VoIP cell phones are free of charge. So users may save up to 80 percent on their long distance call fees while enjoying the same mobility and portability convenience of regular cell phones."

WiFi is a short distance wireless networking technology often used in offices, cafes and homes. Its most common use is for connecting laptop computers to the Internet. VoIP is the routing of voice conversations over the Internet or through any other IP-based network. The WiFi/VoIP cell phone has a wide range of applications for business and personal use.

The new service will launch in April in Shandong Province. It leverages Jinan Yinquan's proprietary NP Soft Switch IP telephone system. Jinan will introduce the new service first to select enterprises and government organizations. In addition, as WiFi networks expand in China, Jinan expects to roll out its WiFi/VoIP service to the rest of the country.

Jinan Yinquan currently services three provinces and 19 cities with Shandong Province its primary base of operations. Plans call for expansion throughout China.

"We want every Jinan Yinquan VoIP subscriber to understand that we will continually be adding new state-of-the-art products and services," said Mr. Li. "Once someone becomes a subscriber, they will never need to seek out another telephone provider. Jinan Yinquan will be their one stop for all of their telecom needs, whether for business or personal use."

Jinan Yinquan recently announced a new electronic fax system for enterprise business customers in partnership with China Tie Tong. Available across Shandong Province, the electronic fax service is an Internet-based fax solution that will enable enterprise businesses to send and receive faxes using existing email accounts. Unlike traditional faxing, electronic faxing is convenient, cost-effective, secure, integrated and automated.

By the end of 2005 the company had 2 million Internet subscribers and assets of 53.3 billion RMB. (For more information please visit www.chinatietong.com)

There are also country risks associated with investing in China, including currency fluctuation, repatriation of capital, and potential regulatory hurdles. Readers are directed to the China VoIP & Digital Telecom Inc. reports as filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission from time to time, including but not limited to its 8-K filed November 13, 2006 under our prior name Crawford Lake Mining Inc. which outlined the company's current business for further information and factors that may affect China VoIP & Digital Telecom Inc.'s business and results of operations. China VoIP & Digital Telecom Inc. undertakes no obligations to publicly update any forward-looking statements to reflect future events or circumstances.

I got the mailer last night. I also got the GHLT one last year. I didn't think much about it, but my buddy played the GHLT (didn't get out when he should have).

I figured this would be a great momo play due to the mailer, but it looks like the mailer reached a bunch of people before me.

Lots of good news coming out of this company though...

It's overbought BUT they just released another PR so anything can happen. I would think it will pull back a bit but it seems like just another day in the life of this stock. Seems to go up every day.
